We loved staying here again. This condo is in a really great, central location in Bucerias. It is oceanfront and is walking distance to restaurants, shops and the market area. The condo itself was well equipped and very clean. Lots of room for the 2 of us. Pool areas were very nice. The building itself was very clean and well maintained with friendly staff.

The location was perfect for us. We appreciated the terrace and the views of the ocean. The pools and the jacuzzi are nice amenities. The condo is modern and nicely decorated. Inside the condo, we appreciated that all of the appliances worked and that there is a dishwasher. The bathrooms are small and the lighting is not very good and there isn’t space for toiletries; however there are shelves in the bedroom that suffice. We were surprised that we had to purchase filtered water and toilet paper, but a small price to pay for the location.

Great location to explore Bucerias! The apartment was great! Went to the upper pool in the morning and the lower pool in the evening. It was very warm so we used the air conditioner to get a break and then continued exploring. Everything we needed was there - washer & dryer, plates & utensils, pots & pans, towels, etc

This is a must stay property

This place is great all around. Proximity to great restaurants, staff, pools, ocean access and everything else. Next year we are hoping to stay for 2 weeks and will do it at this property. The owner is so helpful and very responsive.

Perfect location!

Had a wonderful time here. The condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Once we figured out the wifi and the key(less) entry, everything went smoothly. We would book again.

The best host and property in Banderas Bay!

If I have to describe this stay in one word will be outstanding, since the check in my host Stefano, took care of every detail about my stay, his service was no doubt 5 stars, the condo was super nice, clean, spacious, and the view was breathtaking, definitely a place I will recommend and would love to stay again!

Loved th contemporary new condo. Right on th beach with 2 pools..roof top pool was were we spent most of our time. It’s very nice. Good location on th south end. Although 2 beds & 2 bath th condo is small & wouldn’t want to stay with more than a couple.

Worth a look!

Stephano was an excellent host, we had a few minor issues which were dealt with immediately. The condo is beautiful. The roof top pool is amazing. This was our first time in Bucerias and we found it very noisy. Some sort of festival was taking place with loud music blaring to the wee hours of the morning. But over all the condo was very nice, lots of good restaurants within walking distance and of course beautiful beaches

This lovely apartment is comfortable, clean and compact. It was a good size for two people. It is perfectly positioned right in the centre of town and on the beach. Easy access to shops and cafes. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you need. The check in was easy, just a simple instruction from the owner. The fingerprint key method works well mostly, but if it does not work there is a back up key card as well. The complex has two pool areas, one on the roof and one at ground level. Both areas have beautiful pools with excellent quality furniture and umbrellas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

LOVE this new vacation spot--RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!

This new building is just beautiful. We may have been the first ones to stay in this unit. Though it has a few kinks to work out, it was absolutely perfect. The pools are even more beautiful than the picture. We spent many sunsets at the lower pool, and the upper pool was a quiet oasis for reading a book during the day. The staff are all extremely nice and enjoyable! The unit itself has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The view of the ocean is very nice, though not straight on. The picture is very accurate. Two bathrooms made it very convenient. Everything is new, from bedding to towels, etc. I strongly recommend this beautiful condo on the beach. The location is something we look for every year. It is minutes to walk the Mexican market or to walk to 20 restaurants or more, for live music, great food and fun. GREAT vacation!!!

Dream Location, Gorgeous Sunsets

We chose this condo for the prime location and it did NOT disappoint. Literally within 15 walking minutes of the entire town either way you go.Place is very well equipped with all the linens/paper products/ you could need and comfy beds ! Washing machine in unit is a bonus. AC is quiet and works amazing ! Staff working in and around the building are incredibly kind and so helpful. We appreciated the sense of security, this building feels like home and is very easy to relax in. Stefano and I kept in touch via text and he was incredibly generous letting us check out late on xmas day! Being a newer building we literally had the pools and common areas to ourselves the whole week most of the time. The beachfront access is 10/10 baller status, hanging out in the pool refreshed and cool watching the beach life was a fave. The ocean out front has big waves sometimes but is mostly sandy and is AWESOME for swimming ! Highly recommend booking here.

Many many problems

Property manager provided no instructions. No one there to allow us onto the property. Didn’t know how to find our condo. After there , we were not told about drinking water. Condo was badly arranged; had to move furniture to make it functional. No extra room in bedrooms even to put your suitcase. Bathrooms were terrible; large vessel sink left no counter space. Shower was very small, handle fell off; shower rain head sprayed on top you when you turned it on. Hand towel holder broken. Near end of trip, electricity was turned off for non payment.

Hello Sue, Thank you very much for you review. I guided you over the phone on the self check in process until you entered the unit. Have had more than 25 rentals in the past 6 months and no one had any issues. The majority of the properties in Mexico doe not have drinking water filters. It was not asked prior to you arrival and was replied within minutes, once you asked. However, the unit does have soft water filtration. The listing has many pictures that show the exact arrangement and sizes of the property, bathroom, etc. If the shower head or anything was broken, it was never reported. Could have it fixed within minutes. Electricity went out since your electricity usage was more than average per rental, and was replenished within minutes it was reported. I feel sorry you had a bad experience, but there was a lack of communication from your side to make your experience better, all of the other reviews support this. Please whenever you check out for other properties, try cleaning a bit the unit.

First time in Bucerias

The host was sometimes not responsive. We were double booked and had to go through vrbo after a week to get a response from Stefano as to what days we were actually booked. During our stay we had no internet for a 1 1/2 days. He didn't respond to contact through VRBO text or when I called and left a voice message. Had to call again the next morning.He also told us we needed to checkout of the property at 11AM when icheckout is 12PM.I know the property owners have no control over the canal that drains right beside the building. The smell was very bad and we weren't able to use the outside deck space attached to the condo. The rooftop pool also had a smell from the drainage at times depending on which way the wind blew. When I sent Stefano a message about the smell he told me the property owners were trying to get it changed through the municipality. I don't know how often the drainage happens, it was definitely unpleasant for 1/2 of our stay. It's a beautiful property, unfortunate about the canal odour.
