¡Tres Palmas se encuentra justo donde quieres estar! En el lado más nuevo de Bucerías en el # 43 Francisco I. Madero ¡Estamos a 3 minutos a pie de 7 millas de hermosa playa ininterrumpida! Además de cuadras de muchos restaurantes, tiendas, galerías de arte y deliciosas panaderías.

Casita Bucerias es una casita de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños ubicada en el primer piso. La casita es fresca y luminosa con un gran patio con vista a la piscina y la fuente. La unidad cuenta con aire acondicionado, amplio espacio de almacenamiento y cocina totalmente equipada. La suite principal contiene una cama king size con baños adjuntos con duchas de gran tamaño. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size.

Nuestras casitas están decoradas con colores llamativos mexicanos. Equipado con todo lo que necesita, desde licuadora de cocina hasta sombrillas de playa. El servicio de limpieza se proporciona 2 días a la semana. Además de otros servicios gratuitos en la propiedad, como lavandería, agua potable purificada, internet inalámbrico, biblioteca de lectura, 40 televisores de pantalla plana con satélite, caja fuerte, toallas de playa, sillas, sombrillas y parrilla de gas Weber.

A tres cuadras de distancia se encuentra Bucerias Centro, con un hermoso cenador e iglesia en la plaza principal. Pero antes de llegar a la plaza pasarás por el mercado de artesanos, donde te deslumbrará la variedad de artículos coloridos que tienes ante ti. Aquí encontrarás plata, cerámica, ropa bordada a mano y mucho más.

Great little condo with a wonderful pool

The condo is very comfortable with a great private patio that leads to the pool deck There are just 5 units in the complex with a nice selection of chairs on the pool deck. The unit we stayed in was nicely furnished and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay here, there are lots of great little cafes and restaurants nearby with the beach just 2 blocks away.

Will Be Back!

Perfect place to stay in Bucerias! Central to great restaurants. To our surprise we were the only ones staying there at the time and were able to enjoy the pool to ourselves. The owners and cleaner were very friendly and kind. We will definitely stay here again!

Just what we were hoping for

Tres Palmas was the perfect place for our family trip. I spent two weeks with my husband and our two small kids. The neighborhood is quiet but with great places to eat and shop nearby. The beach is two blocks away. We swam in the beautiful pool every day. I’ll definitely be bringing my family back here.

Great location

Great communication with Lisa. She is very personable and allowed us to check in early. A very relaxing 11 day stay, Great water pressure in the bathrooms, comfortable beds. Pool was nice to have a refreshing swim after a day on the beach. Location is fantastic and only 5 min walk to beach and local grocery store, restaurants and taxi stand. Will definitely return.

Lovely Casita in Golden Bucerias

The property is in the heart of Golden Bucerias surrounded by restaurants, shops, and a great bakery. The little local grocery store was perfect for everyday necessities. The property was clean, the pool area lovely and the bbq always had fuel. Air conditioning was great and biweekly cleaning/linens was great. There were some water issues (no hot water for a couple of days) and the. No water while they fixed the problem. The pool was not heated - it was refreshing. We will definitely stay there again.

A Delightful Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tres Palmas! It is very tastefully decorated and so comfortable. The pool is refreshing and the patio quaint and relaxing. The location is perfect as it is in the center of everything in Bucerias and short walking distance to excellent restaurants. Lisa is very accommodating and friendly. We also enjoyed her little dog, Shadow! We Look forward to staying here again.

GREAT PLACE!

This was a great find! Grocery store, restaurants, and beach a few steps away. I was immediately attracted to the location. As I was looking at listings, I was drawn to the look and colors of the Casitas. We weren't disappointed when we arrived. Lisa greeted us and gave us a quick tour even though we arrived late at night (safe and quiet neighborhood). When we woke up in the morning the place looked even better. The colors so vibrant. The plants and vegetation in the courtyard is so beautiful. I didn't use the kitchen to cook, but the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and all appliances you could need for toast, coffee, or a margarita =) The beds are comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. There is everything you need to go out to the beach like beach chairs, umbrellas, and even coolers. It’s really not far to carry it to the beach. Lisa is a GREAT host. She gave us great tips, advice, and recommendations. She is also great at reminding you that you’re on vacation, so just relax! Love her! I'm already thinking about our next trip and our stay at Tres Palmas!

A pleasant relaxing location

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent month long stay in Casita Bucerias. The 2 bdrm suite was what we were looking for in terms of relaxed local home living - a nice kitchen and of course, abundant beach chairs, umbrellas and yoga mats. Lisa is a great host attending to any and all questions. All of the units have uniquely different layouts. Our casita had a shaded outdoor dining area which was a perfect way to start or end each day. All five suites have access to a delightful pool which adds to the relaxed atmosphere. Tres Palmas is centrally situated in the Zona Dorada, the quieter side of Bucerias. It is a short 2 -5 minute walk from all types of restaurants and the beach. There is also a small grocery store nearby. You can safely walk anywhere in Bucerias - remember to see all the local markets or take the public bus to truly enjoy the local atmosphere. It is perfect holiday away from the typical crowds. Thanks Lisa for a great vacation.

Great little place 2 blocks from beach and very accessible to many amenities!

The garden/pool is sweet and private. Location good. Kitchen is well stocked. Drinking water dispenser a plus! Fit our 4 person family perfectly into the two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. There’s a little noise from the road, but totally bearable. Laundry also a plus! Luna Luna across the street made a great breakfast. Lisa was very welcoming and and helpful. Staying here is recommended. Positive overall experience.

We Loved Tres Palmas

This was our first stay at Tres Palmas and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The castita was very clean and beautifully decorated and the kitchen well equipped with modern appliances. Washer and dryer in our casita. The pool area was very inviting with its fountain and comfortable lounge chairs. The property is located within walking distance of the shops, markets, restaurants and the beach. (Umbrella, chairs, towels, and a cooler ready for the trips to the beach.) A great place stay to explore Bucerias. Lisa is very accommodating of all requests. We will return to this property someday.

We Will Be Back!

This was our second time staying at Tres Palmas, and we enjoyed it as thoroughly as we did our first stay. We had a one bedroom rather than two, which had everything we could possibly need. One great feature is the bed, its huge and super comfortable. We especially loved our kitchen, it was outside our casita so we could sit outside and enjoy the birds in the morning, and the fountain,pool and beautiful garden. The apartment is very clean, beautifully decorated with a nice feeling of privacy. There's also ample security features including a small safe in the closet. Lisa and her family including their dog, Bella, are friendly and welcoming. Its the little details that can make a difference, including finding an umbrella left by our door one day when the weather clouded over. Or the day she walked with me to help me find a particular shop. Another great feature which we love are the beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler available for beach trips, and a variety of books to choose from in her library. Its impossible not to relax and enjoy life while staying here. Everything is within walking distance, and the town itself is full of vitality, friendly people and very safe. We've been home for 3 days and already planning another stay. Thanks again, to Lisa and her family , for another memorable stay at Tres Palmas. We will be back! Ruth

Casita Brisas, Tres Palmas

We found Casitas Tres Palmas to be exactly as described in pictures and description. We were particularly appreciative of the comfort of the bed and found the entire complex relaxing and quiet at night. Lisa takes pride in maintaining the property and the heated pool is always crystal clear. For us, the location of Tres Palmas is ideal. It is close to bus routes, it is near the heart of the restaurant district along Lorenzo Cardenas, it is very close to a local grocery store, easy 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach, easy walk to several sports bars, and easy walk to markets and town square. There is nowhere in Bucerias that you could'nt walk to in 20 minutes from Tres Palmas. We used Tres Palmas as a home base and travelled to Puerto Vallarta Malacon, and the Marina several times, several trips to Lacruz, Sayulita and Guayabitos. Bus transportation in mexico is convenient, safe, and economical. We would certainly recommend this property to friends and relatives.
