This was a great place to stay with a large group. The layout of the house was perfect so that each room basically has its own bathroom (although not in the room). And the outdoor space was great for fires, pool etc. The town was small but we drove into Chattanooga and Rome which weren't too far. Downtown Summerville had a good restaurant Willow Tree and coffee shop and vintage store.

Amazing stay!

The home layout was perfect for our group and the owner top notch! He was responsive prior to our stay and very accommodating during our stay. The views were lovely and ambiance perfect. The home's amenities completed the stay!! We will absolutely be back on our next trip to Rome!

We planned a weekend trip to Jarrod’s Place and this was a great house to rent for it. James was quick to respond with any questions and made sure you had directions to find the house. The house had anything you may have forgotten to bring with you. It was comfortable and overall a great house for our large group.

Family Vacation

The house and property are just as described. James, the host was awesome and very accommodating. From the moment we arrived, our family felt at home and relaxed. The “extras” were amazing, from fresh homegrown blueberries left in the refrigerator by the hosts to shampoos, conditioners, body wash …full containers in every bathroom and lots of pool towels. Perfect vacation. Thank you James for sharing your lovely vacation home with us. We will definitely be back.

The house was perfect for our annual family vacation with our adult children and grandkids. The secluded location allowed us to unwind, yet it was within driving distance to major cities to explore attractions and hiking. The accommodations were spotless and well-stocked. The host was amazing! You could tell they want their guests to feel welcome. They go the extra mile to make sure you have a great time. You cannot see the property from the road. When you first arrive, it looks like your GPS delivered you to a stone path during the day. It is well-lit at night. Don't hesitate to turn on that path. It takes you to paradise.
