Meticulously designed waterfront, 4 level home, on sought after Keuka Lake!

Stunning, Brand New Construction Luxury Home on 100’ of Keuka Lake Frontage with Natural Beach and Loads of Views! Welcome to Naberly View, where the views from this home speak for themselves. This home is fully equipped to accommodate 8 people (more beds available upon request) with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We have thoughtfully designed and appointed this home with guests in mind, some features include, vaulted ceilings, gourmet chefs kitchen with large island and grand sliders for indoor outdoor living, not one but two living areas, two spacious decks with large dock over the water and amazing waterfront views from every room! Oversized windows provide loads of natural light and sought after views of the lake and the bluff, great for fall foliage! Kitchen is fully stocked with 6 burner gas range, double ovens and range hood, large French door refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. WiFi is included as well as smart TV’s in main living areas so you can easily stream all of your shows during downtime. This home boasts 3 bedrooms; first the king master en-suite with stunning 1800’s doors from Belgium, to capture the lake views. A queen bedroom with lake views and a Jack and Jill bath with a full sized bathtub rounds out the second bedroom. A triple bunk bed completes the third bedroom with the shared Jack and Jill bath. The half bath is on our landing level with a washer and dryer available to guests. We provide our renters two single kayaks, a stand up paddle board, and life vests to use during their stay. This home is walking distance to the Lakeside Restaurant and just a short trip up the hill and you have access to many area wineries, breweries and distilleries! There is parking for 5 cars and our boat dock may be used by guests who wish to enjoy fishing, boating and water sports with their own boat. There is also a fire pit area with some fire wood to get you started and a finished walk out lake level lounge for the use of our guests. The lounge is equipped with a dining table and chairs, a sofa and tables, a pool table and a dart board. This is a great hang out space, especially appreciated by our teenage guests. This is our second season renting this home and we welcome any feedback from our guests!

Booked this house to celebrate a girls weekend with my family for my mom's birthday. We were all beyond impressed with the house. It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Inside and outside were stunning! I could move in and not change a thing! We loved the direct lake access as well as the kayaks that were available for use. We would love to come back again. Perfect house and location!

Lovely place, very clean, host communication was easy. There were kayaks and a paddle board we could use. Highly recommend for anyone considering a Finger Lakes vacation!

Gorgeous views from gorgeous home

We loved our stay at Naberly! The house is more lovely than the photos. It was perhaps the most relaxing home rental we have ever had. The farmhouse chic decor of black and white makes the fantastic views of Keuka Lake the focal point of every room except perhaps the bunk room. The bathrooms are spa-like and the laundry is state of the art. The kitchen has high-end GE cafe appliances that we enjoyed using and it is well stocked with everything needed to cook. Most restaurants were not open during most of our stay, so we brought food from home and found a great grocery in Hammondsport for additional ingredients. Master suite has remote blinds so you can open without leaving the comfortable modern 4 poster bed. We were fortunate that the temperature was summerlike much of our stay so we could eat outside many of the nights. There are many deck and dock choices and plenty of comfortable places to hang out. On the cool nights we enjoyed the gas fireplace insert in the living room. The home is very close to Dr. Konstantin Frank winery, probably the best in the Finger Lakes (highly recommend their 1886 tasting). This home would be great for a small family or two couples. The lower 2 bedroom level has its own bath and living space ideal for privacy. Marci is a wonderful host and left much appreciated welcome gifts. Very responsive for any questions. We can't wait to come back!

Spectacular views for a lake side getaway

This home was absolutely beautiful. They have put thought into everything about this property. From the beauty of the decor of the inside to the seating to see the spectacular views from each level outside. If you are looking for a wonderful lake side getaway this is the place to stay. So magical.

My family and I traveled to Keuka Lake for a family reunion and everyone raved and raved about the modern elegance of this property. My sister-in-law loved it so much she wants to book it the next time she goes to the lake. I have no complaints whatsoever about this visit and would love to visit again!!

Hidden Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed this VRBO property, as it was better than advertised, and based on the advertisement, we were expecting a lot! Nevertheless, Marci and the property delivered. Our trip was cut short due to inclement weather causing a prolonged power outage. However, the owner was very proactive and helped to make the most of it and was very gracious in offering a refund for the unused portion of our stay. We will be back!

Beautiful property on the lake

We loved our stay at this property. The house is breathtaking and manages to have a gorgeous, clean esthetic while being adorably charming at the same time. The house is decorated in welcoming neutrals wirh several decks and outside space. Marci has thought of all the little things to make a trip wonderful. We especially liked it for our age of children (12-19). The kids could take the lower level sleeping space, while my husband and I had the upstairs bedroom with en-suite bath (the only room located on the top floor.) A truly wonderful find!
