Perfect for families and groups

We had a wonderful time at this great Keuka Lake property. There is plenty of room to spread out and so much to do. The dock is amazing!

This was our second stay at this property, and it did not disappoint! The location on Keuka Lake is fantastic—perfect for family of teenagers. The beach cottage was great for the boys and the expansive dock was a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the lake views. Be prepared for a lot of stairs though—it’s definitely a workout, and you’ll quickly learn not to forget anything on your trips down to the beach!The house itself was very well set up and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Great family getaway

We loved our week here with our family of 6. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Beach/dock/fire pit was the favorite spot, but the jacuzzi and sauna got plenty of use too. Kitchen was well-staoked and owners were nice and responsive. The fridge in the beach house was a great plus for drinks and snacks without going back up to the main house.

Annual family lake week

This location was beautiful! The stairs are many but not as bad as some reviews I read make them sound. The lake front dock and beach area was fabulous! The house itself is updated; open, kid friendly and kitchen has all you will need. Pics don’t do it justice. The pergola is beautiful.

Great family place

We stayed here with our teenage children. The teenagers enjoyed hanging out in the beach cottage. The dock & beach area was large enough for our group to enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, & jet skiing. Yes, as many of the reviews note there are many stairs at this property. If walking / stairs are an issue for you, this is not the place for you. The owner was very responsive. It was indeed a "cozy retreat" for our family.

steps and oven

The house was clean and comfortable. Two things bothered me. There were 104 steps and the oven did not work. I am 73 and the steps going back up was very strenuous.

The property is beautiful especially the boat house beach area. Kitchen is well stocked but left no place to store food items. Overall the house needs to be professionally cleaned. The windows provide a great view but all were dirty, and the skylights were worse with cobwebs. The stairs are challenging and slippery when wet. We had a great time but the house needs some attention.

Quiet place in the woods with a lake view

Very nice clean property with all modern amenities. A well built house with great lake views nestled in the woods where shine long deserved peace and quiet was welcomed. Lake access and a nice boat house across the street from the house was a nice added feature. Lake access was very good and it's char that the owners weren't afraid to spend money on the dock as well as the house. The one drawback was that there are a lot of stairs. It was easy to get used to these and was a good part of the day's exercise. There were some very minor issues for which the owners were extremely responsive. A great week away. Wish we'd extended our time away

Lovely spot.

Beautiful view and lovely, relaxing home. We love the Finger Lakes region and it’s a great getaway from NYC. The home is comfortable , and well set up. The kitchen is well appointed and great to cook in. Beds, towels, and linens all comfortable . The porch was a great spot to hangout and soak in the view.The kayaks are awesome and hanging out under the boat house was a fantastic, great for active people. The owners were pleasant to work with and communicative. The only cons to the house would be the amount of stairs and a steep driveway, but other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

great family vacation

Spacious, beautiful home with good views, inside and out. Children and adults enjoyed the beach area, with plenty of seating and a boat house overhang for afternoon shade, and use of two kayaks. A lot of steps, but in good shape with sturdy railings. Quite private.

A wonderful vacation!

Although the first day required an air conditioner to be installed and for some cleaning to be done by the renters, the homeowners were extremely responsive, fair, and prompt in addressing our issues. Overall the home is a beautiful place to vacation on Keuka Lake with a lovely covered deck that was positioned high above the lake. The dock area, boat house, and beach supplies made hanging out on the lake a joy. However, it was strenuous to walk from the lake front to the main house because it required 100 vertical steps.

Good stay

Me and the family Enjoyed the property. Bath house was a little hot cause of no a/c or window fan, could use curtains and could use a bathroom. The Google maps took us to state park and tried to bring us down service road so was hard to find at first. But overall a good stay and thank you.

Amazing family vacation!

This house was beautiful and perfect for our group! It was childproofed with gates between floors (which was helpful with a one year old and also was helpful with our black lab!) Beach access was great, the kitchen was well equipped, and Allie and Jeff were very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this house for a vacation, I hope to return next summer!

Perfect accommodations

Plenty of space for our family during our week long stay. Fully stocked kitchen, towels, sheets, paper supplies. So great that we didn't have to worry about buying thieve when we arrived. The kayaks and floats were a nice added touch as we played in the water!

Fantastic Location / Fabulous Week

I cannot say enough about how great is this house, the location/lake access. It is very private, Because of the nicely the properties are spread out, we hardly saw neighbors (docks or houses). There are lots of steps to get to/from the main house down to the lakefront, but our family loved the “exercise.” :-).... The beach house is extremely hot at all times, but we didn’t intend to sleep in there anyway. We used the beach house for day-time snacks and beverages. Having a refrigerator and freezer by the lakefront was awesome! .... Allie is awesome and she promptly responded to a few texts/calls we had with any questions. And, she even zipped a crockpot and hair dryer over!... The week was amazing! We cannot wait to book a week there for summer 2021 :-))

Nice place on a beautiful lake in a lovely part of our country.

Nice house about a mile from the State Park. Three bedrooms in the main house. We didn’t use the bunk house down by the lake for guests, no bathroom down there would make this tricky for some. House was great for cooking meals, well stocked with pots and pans for cooking with Batman keeping us safe. Wrap around porch was nice place for am tea. Lakefront was lovely. We did not have a boat. Dock pretty shaky/unstable, if w had a boat I think this would have bothered us more. Kayaks were super nice. The lake itself is beautiful. And the area is great. Perfect location for exploring wineries and breweries.

Great relaxing place

The house was great, a lot of space, kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Extra spices . Loved the extra building.. house was clean and easy check in.
