Beautiful location, very clean and spacious for our group of 5 skiers. Kitchen was well appointed and the large living room was great for hanging out. Hot tubs were also a bonus!

Wonderful condo for skiing Summit County

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, spacious and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the views of Lake Dillon.

Excellent condo close to town

It was a terrific place to stay as we explored Frisco, Dillon and the Breckenridge area during our honeymoon. We liked that it was close to town and the condo was big and spacious.

Fun time in Frisco

Our stay was so much fun. The condo has everything you might want or need to enjoy your stay in Frisco. The bike rec path is across the street from the complex as well as easy beach access for water sports. We will be back!

Some friends and I stayed a few nights so we could ski Copper Mountain. It's a great place for up to 6 people.

Nice, clean space with everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Amazing Views and Great Location

What a great place to stay. My trip was with family to visit Breckenridge and Vail. This place was right in the middle, right of I70, 19 minutes from Breckenridge and 30 minutes from Vail. Super clean, nicely remodeled, comfortable, spacious, and the view… AMAZING! I would recommend anyone to stay here!

Keystone ski trip

The condo was great! Very clean and updated. Well stocked and convenient location. Close to downtown Frisco and a 10-15 minute drive to Keystone. Hot tub and Fireplace were perfect after a cold day on the mountain!

Perfect concert location

We were up for a concert at Dillon Amphitheater and this was a great location. The condo was newly remodeled and nicely appointed. The road is a bit noisy when windows were open, but that wasn't a huge issue for us. Would stay here again.

My wife and I had a wonderful four-day getaway over the 2025 Memorial Day weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed biking the scenic trails from Frisco to Breckenridge and the Copper Mountain Ski Resort area. The home offers stunning, unobstructed views of Dillon Lake and is perfectly situated—close to dining and shopping, yet peaceful and quiet in the evenings. It’s exceptionally clean and beautifully updated. Don’t think twice about booking this place—highly recommended!

Amazing view & location

Absolutely perfect! The view from both bedrooms is AMAZING! The owner was very accomodating when we asked to add an additional night. It is so close to many activities, including white water rafting. We couldn't be happier. We would definitely stay here if we visit this area again.

Location was great

Six of us went skiing at Arapahoe Basin and Copper and Winter Park. We opted for variety this year and chose to stay in Frisco because of its central location. If you want access to stores, rentals restaurants and being a great central location, this condo has it all. Super clean, which I really appreciated.

We are from Greeley CO and have loved skiing in Colorado all our lives. We bought the 30 year old 203D in 2023 and gutted it- new floors, doors, cabinets, appliances, new bathrooms and kitchen. Since we use it ourselves, we have tried to have quality beds, tvs, appliances, furniture like we want ourselves. We have had good luck with courteous renters. Hope you enjoy you stay at 203D!!

We have had other rentals in past, but we fell in love with floor plan with the balcony views. We especially like central location to bike trails (access just down the hill) , multiple nearby ski areas and proximity to Frisco. There are other nearby towns with many outdoor activities as well as restaurants, shopping, outlet mall and things for almost all ages to do.

Newly remodeled and furnished with nicer things (including kitchen) than a typical rental that is not used by the owner.
