Villa 1-601 is a luxury 4-bedroom/4.5-bathroom, 2-level penthouse at Hacienda Beach Club & Residences with spectacular views of Lands End and the Sea of Cortez. This newly renovated villa boasts large (15 MIL-almost totally soundproof) windows throughout. There is a multitude of outdoor terraces and balconies with breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding landscape. The side patio off the main living area has a private hot tub with amazing ocean views for those chilly winter nights in Cabo

The main living area is spacious and well furnished, with comfortable seating, 2 dinning areas, and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, and all the utensils and cookware needed for gourmet cooking.

Guests will have access to the resort`s amenities , which includes multiple swimming pools, a spa and fitness center, direct beach access, on-site restaurant, and concierge services.

We will be in touch before your arrival to discuss any special requests you may have. Upon your arrival you will check-in at the front desk of The Hacienda Beach Club & Residences. Your host will stop in after your check-in or the following morning to discuss anything you may need for your vacation.

This stately property is located in Hacienda, an exclusive and safe 22-acre gated community a few blocks away from Cabo San Lucas`s lively marina, pulsating nightlife, and sophisticated restaurants. The atmosphere inside Hacienda is of a small serene European-style village, featuring hand-hewn stone ledger, Mexican Cantera stone, dark wood accents, and authentic wrought iron detailing.

Medano Beach is a popular stretch of sandy shoreline in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It`s known for its vibrant atmosphere, with plenty of beachfront restaurants, bars, and shops lining the coast. Medano Beach offers stunning views of Land`s End and the iconic rock formations such as the Arch of Cabo San Lucas. It`s a great spot for swimming, sunbathing, water sports like jet skiing and parasailing, and even enjoying a relaxing beachside massage. The beach tends to get busy, especially during peak tourist seasons, but it`s a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to Cabo San Lucas.

This is the second time we stayed here and we absolutely love it! We will stay in this unit every time we come back as long as it’s available. The decor is gorgeous and of the highest quality, the way it’s laid out is perfect for a two family stay, two master suites upstairs, two bedrooms downstairs. The location is perfect as well, close to some of the fine restaurants or fun places on the beach. I would highly recommend this unit

Right in the mix

The unit was perfect for our stay. It was close to downtown, yet the pool and resort didn’t feel over crowded. Property concierge was helpful with shuttles, tee times and the like. The unit had everything we needed. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Best Cabo Vacation

This was the most beautiful property. It is well decorated and equipped. The kitchen has everything you need. All four bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. The beds were super comfortable. Our favorite part was spending time on the balcony with the family. It was very large and accommodated all of our group very comfortably. The fire place made the evenings even more charming. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in town and in a luxury property. We can't wait for our return visit.

Family Cabo Vacation

We couldn't have found a more perfect place for our family of 8, which included an almost 2-year old boy. We really appreciated the privacy that we were each able to enjoy while also having an extremely spacious main living area to all be together. The villa was well-appointed, including everything needed to prepare meals and the resort was in a great location, walking distance to restaurants and the marina area. Staff was attentive, and property managers were always accessible when needed, both before the trip and while we were there. Friends who saw our pictures have already asked for more info on this property, and we highly recommended it to them!

The property is beautiful, but a little overpriced for what you get. Also, the fire alarm beeped all night one evening. We couldn't sleep and it took forever for maintenance to come fix it the next day. THAT SAID - the property and place is perfection and you won't have a bad time. FOR SURE!!

Great option for families and groups

The resort and condo exceeded our expectations. Booking was easy and guest services was very helpful in coordinating transportation, grocery delivery and assistance when needed. Six of us were in Cabo celebrating a birthday and the condo had plenty of room for us to all be together while offering room to spread out. The views and outdoor areas were beautiful and the kitchen was well appointed. The restaurant and pool staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. The complimentary fitness classes were great. I would definitely come back to this property and recommend to anyone looking for a hotel feel and amenities while having your own residence.
