Studio built above detached garage away from main house to enjoy privacy. Property is surrounding by trees and gardens and has a remote feel. Enjoy a spa-like large walk in shower. Wifi is provided to connect your devices. A treadmill is in the unit to workout while enjoy the many DVD movies provided or login to your own Netflex or other entertainment apps on the smart TV. Studio contains 2 pleather reclining chairs enjoy some rest or comfortably work on your computer. Kitchen features the following appliances: fridge, toaster oven, countertop burner, microwave/convection, as well as a Keurig for coffee. Studio does not have an oven or a dishwasher. Kitchen is supplied with items needed to cook & eat in and has a kitchen table. Great central location within minutes of 485 to get where you need to be quickly. Only 8 minutes from downtown Matthews and a vast amount of stores and restaurants located at Sycamore Commons area.

This was our second stay in this rental and we plan to return. It is convenient to Charlotte, I85 and I485. The hosts are lovely people and the fire pit is awesome.

This studio was perfect in every way for our stay in Matthews. We had everything we needed and the wonderful bonus of watching the chickens. This was a real pleasure for a couple of country folks. Note however: there are stairs to enter this unit. You need to be able to do that.

Our stay had a lot of amenities, it was extremely clean and very convenient. It felt like home away from home. The directions were clear and concise. We are definitely coming back for another stay!

Amazing, Quiet, COZY

I love the property! They have chickens running about the property, so many blankets, views fromthe kitchentable, the shower IS 5 STAR! the host are on site, polite and very responsive, they have all of the stops!I loved it so much i extended my stay!The loft is so cute, the attention to detail everywhere you look is amazing! The bathroom floor heats up so no cold feet! The kitchen sink is huge so easy for dishes.Watcning movies in the comfy recliners was nice, down to the comfy bed and dimming lights, i cant say enough good things!

The studio was exactly what we needed while staying in town for a graduation. Far better than any hotel. Every thing was as stated in the description.The cleanliness was exceptional and it was very quiet and comfortable for sleeping at night. I will definitely stay here again if needed.

It looks exactly like the pictures! The space was perfect for my husband and me while visiting our son and his wife. It was a great place to chill out after a long day. So clean and comfortable, while being beautifully decorated as well! They thought of everything you might need…snacks, water, coffee, movies and more. There was an awesome shower with supplies, a heated floor in the bathroom and high quality TP. It was so clean and fresh! I can’t say enough positives about this place! We will definitely stay with Krissy and Robb again!

Great getaway outside of Charlotte

We had a fantastic stay here! Everything we needed in a comfortable and quiet space. Communication with the hosts was excellent and very accommodating as our schedule shifted a bit arriving. This was the perfect spot for our trip to the PGA championship in Charlotte and we also enjoyed the local community as well. Comfortable bed, clean and cozy space all around! Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent studio

This studio apartment is lovely and very well-appointed. The bathroom is luxurious, the bed is extremely comfortable, and it's such a treat to have a quality treadmill to use! The hosts are communicative and kind, and left small goodies in the fridge to enjoy. The coffee bar is also well-stocked. It's the thoughtful touches like providing distilled water for the coffee and a spare toothbrush that made staying here a delight. I'm sure I'll find a reason to come back!

My neighborhood is in close vicinity of the city & minutes away from 485. It features large lots with friendly neighbors. It is perfect for a evening stroll or if you are more ambitious a one mile walk through the neighborhood brings to you a back entrance to trails at Purser Hulsey Park.

My property is on a 1.25 acre lot set back from the street. The studio is above a detached garage set away from the main house. In the warmer month the trees surround the entire property to give a secluded feel. Looking outside the back studio window has views of trees and a stream. Do not be surprised if a cat or a chicken comes up to greet you during the day.
