Welcome to the Brentwood Palms ! A Mid Century Modern 4 beds 3 baths gem located right behind the Tahquitz Creek Golf Course. The location makes it the perfect serene and quiet getaway retreat!
Incredible open floor plan! The walls of glass open to a beautifully private yard with a fire pit, gazebo, custom pool and spa complete with tanning shelf.
Relax with a glass of wine on a beautiful evening around the custom fire feature while enjoying the western views of the San Jacinto Mountains.

Located against the lush backdrop of the Tahquitz Creek Golf course, the home is private, thanks to the mature ficus wall surrounding the swimming pool and framing the incredible mountain view. The backyard is pure MAGIC featuring an oversized pool with tanning shelf, spa, raised firepit and a custom outdoor kitchen pergola- an entertainer`s dream.
The three-bedroom main house has two wings. The primary bedroom is located off the living room and features a king-sized bed, a TV and a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, a double vanity combining beautiful and ample storage with sleek finishes. The primary suite is entirely private- close the hallway door for even more privacy.
The second bedroom features a Queen bed, a TV and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom features two twin beds. The third bathroom, located off the kitchen, features two deep sinks and a shower/tub combination. A side door leads out to the enclosed breezeway that accesses the backyard and casita.
One design element that makes The Brentwood Palms particularly unique is the guest house or `casita.` An entirely separate structure from the main house, with a King size bed, a TV and two nightstands. The casita is parallel to the main house just steps away from the fire pit.
The property is only a 5 minute drive away from the brand new Palm Springs Surf Club!

No smoking on the premises
No outdoor music at all; no excessive noise of any kind
Two additional children 12 years old or younger permitted
Up to 2 pets permitted
Pool heating is optional and available for a fee of $75 per night. The pool heating is for the entire stay. Pet fee is $150.
**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:
1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).
4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).
5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (8 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. An additional 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed per rental.
6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours (4 cars max)
7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
8. Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.
9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.
10. DECORATIONS: Only Painters Tape allowed on the walls. NO confetti or glitter as you know it`s impossible to remove & unfair to our lovely housekeepers. Any leftover decor, balloons, etc. or damage on the walls or anywhere that is not normal wear & tear, will incur an extra cleaning/damage fee taken from the deposit
