Incredible place to stay!! I loved that the location was so close to old city but quiet! Only a 10 min ride to anywhere in the city. The rooftop terrace was probably my favorite place to spend time when i stayed in! The view is gorgeous especially the sunsets!!! Can see doi suthep from the back roof area by the tub too. The tub and rooftop shower had great pressure and hot water. Very relaxing watching the stars from the tub at night. There are townhouses behind you but the 3rd floor is high enough they dont see you sunbathing on the comfortable wicker lounge chairs. Taking a break from the hot sun at the table in the front terrace under the fan was always such a relief, and you can enjoy the bird song thats a constant from the beautiful big tree right outside the front. Loved the green space which absolutely added to the quiet tranquil feel! The beds were very comfortable with soft linens. Both showers were very nice and good water pressure. Washing machine and drying rack were very useful and theres a nice balcony on the second floor where the washer is located that you can sun/air dry your clothes. I stayed here for almost a month and it was so hard to leave because i fell in love with the place. Paul did an incredible job remodeling making the place modern but also comfortable. Paul had great communication too and was always very readily available to help if i needed. I will absolutely stay here again next time i visit. Cant say enough about how great this townhouse is!!
