Room Description This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite features a large primary bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom with a free-standing shower and separate whirlpool jet tub or soaking tub. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination, and convenient kitchenette, and can be easily locked off from the main living area to create a relaxing element of privacy. The suite includes a generous living room with separate dining area, cable, and DVD player, and queen-size sleeper sofa, as well as a full kitchen. In-suite amenities include an in-room safe and washer/dryer.

NOTES:
The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
