•3 super comfortable KING beds! 5 Dbl/full bed, a queen bed. It is 1050sq/ft and has a kitchen, dining room, great room, and is super enjoyable to socialize with friends (please note no parties).
And if all this wasn't good enough, there are absolutely no hidden fees! What you see is what you pay. No Resort Fee, No Fee for self-parking, etc.
Some side notes:
•Please be accurate with the number of guests that will be staying on the property. Each guest over 4 is $39 per person/per night. Also, please let us know if you plan to have any additional visitors during your stay as well. Any guest staying in the property that was not registered or sent prior notification of will be charged a $200/pp/nt fee for the entire reservation AND the entire group may be asked to leave without refund. This is extremely uncomfortable for everyone and we really do not enjoy doing asking guests to leave, so please be honest when booking.
. A security deposit of $295 is required 3 days before arrival. We require the deposit to be paid at least 3 days before arrival. We prefer payment with credit cards. Note: We do NOT accept cash on arrival.
• There is a 2-3-4 night minimum on most (but not all) Friday & Saturday nights. We will make exceptions allowing you to stay 2 nights when it is a 3 nt min however, there is an additional charge (charge is based on the 3 nt price with a small discount). Please contact us with inquiries, before you request to book to find out details if you would like only 2 nights or less on weekends. Also, some busy/holiday weekends and convention weeks require 4 or 5-night minimum stays.
•This property is The Jockey Club, which is attached to the Cosmopolitan by an elevator.
•16 people are the maximum. Please note: 15 people will be very tight (great way for you to get to know your party better though).
•We do not normally book this property more than 4 months in advance, except with approval from the owner (sometimes pricing is higher because of special events and changes from year to year.)
•There are absolutely no events or parties on this property. No Drinking games (ie: beer pong, flip-up, etc.). PLEASE NOTE: Bachelor and Bachelorette groups are WELCOME, but you may not have a party on the property.
•This property does not have a view.
We provide 1 towel per guest and leave 2 extra towels in the unit. We do not exchange towels daily or provide daily cleaning. We do offer a light cleaning service which does include cleaning and towel exchange for a small additional fee. The fee varies by the number of guests.
-By accepting this booking. You take full liability for yourself, your guests, and all visitors.
-Children are not recommended. And must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
-We only provide the number of towels as the listed number of guests. We recommend, saving your towels by hanging them up after use. If you would like more towels, we have 2 options.
1. There are nice front-load washing and drying machines on the property (coin-operated) that you may use. Or
2. We can provide a daily cleaning service for $60/day that comes with new towels (you can do daily or as needed, please schedule in advance).
Our pool is on the 2nd floor and is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year. There is a towel closet with towels to use at the pool. There are also 5 gas bbq's and picnic areas guests can use to bbq some steaks or burgers and have a picnic by the pool.

Full access to The Jockey Club property, including the JC pool, gym, sauna, bbq area & picnic area. You also have full access to The Cosmopolitan Chelsea Rooftop Pool free of cost. You must have your names added to the Chelsea pool list we fax over every morning. Your names must be on the list to use the pool there.
There is an ice machine next to the pool on the second floor. You will need your room keys to operate.
A grocery store shuttle is offered 3 times a week. The shuttle will take you to the grocery store and bring you back. Consult the front desk for days and times.
I give my guests their space and let them enjoy their vacation but am always available if needed.
You will be staying right on the strip in the middle of all the fun and excitement. We are attached to the Cosmopolitan on the north side. Our neighbor on the other side of us is the Bellagio.
The Bellagio is known for their amazing water shows and you can walk to see the show in less than 4-5 from where you will be staying with us.
We are attached to the Cosmopolitan and 2 of our elevators open right into their main floor giving you access to what they have to offer. You don't have to walk outside or up the road, just use the elevator and it will open right into their main floor.
Right directly across from us is the Miracle Mile Mall featuring all the most popular stores and restaurants.
Restaurants, cafe, bars, clubs, and entertainment is in every direction you look from where we are. Looking for a quick bite to eat, or something more elegant it's no more than a few minutes walk from our location.
Because of our location and being right in the middle of all the fun and excitement you won't have to worry about driving a vehicle and worry about finding a parking spot. We have found almost all of our guests have found everything they need within walking distance from our location. And for things a little further than you want to walk, there is a Uber and Lyft pick-up area right here that we share with the Cosmopolitan.
We have 24-hour security and our parking garage is a secure monitored parking garage to assure our guests have nothing but fun when they are here.
We would love to have you stay with us and our Guest Service Manager Lucas, and our Guest Experience Manager Dan invite you to stay with us and let us help make your Vegas trip fun and memorable.
The best way to get to and from the airport or anywhere around in Vegas is by far Uber or Lyft.
There is an ice machine by the pool on the 2nd floor. Guests will need their room keys to activate the ice machine.
* If driving or renting a vehicle, the room key cards also operate the garage gate so you can get in and out of the garage at no cost to you. Upon arrival please park in the 15 minute guest parking to check-in and get your room keys so you can use them in the parking garage. Upon checking out keep one of the room keys to get you out of the parking garage. There is a key drop box to put the key in after you use.

GUEST’S RENTAL AGREEMENT, RELEASE OF LIABILITY; ASSUMPTION OF RISK, INDEMNITY, AND HOLD HARMLESS
THIS IS A LEGAL AND BINDING AGREEMENT. GUESTS SHOULD READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE AGREEING TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT. BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, THE GUEST IS PERMITTED TO USE PROPERTY PROVIDED BY STAY TOGETHER SUITES WITH CERTAIN USE RESTRICTIONS AS A CONDITION FOR USE OF THE PROPERTY. ADDITIONALLY, THE GUEST RELEASES AND WAIVES CERTAIN RIGHTS AND CLAIMS, AS WELL AS ACCEPTING CERTAIN RESPONSIBILITIES.
1. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT
This document constitutes the entire Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Short Term Guest
(“STG”), the individual agreeing to be bound by the terms of this document and to use and short term rental of a property (“the property”) accordingly, and the owner & management. (“Management”). Stay Together Suites LLC (“STS”) shall be considered a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, wherever STS, Management, or Owner is referred to below such definition shall include all of STS’s members, managers, employees, investors, and any and all Owners of the property.
2. GENERAL RULES; RESTRICTION FOR PROPERTY USE AND RENTAL
2.1 NUMBER OF GUESTS: STG agrees to provide accurate information about the number of guests staying in the property and understand that if he/she doesn’t, a charge of $200/pp/nt fee for the entire reservation will be charged and they may be asked to leave without a refund
2.2 NO EVENTS/PARTY: STG agrees to hold no events or parties on this property. No Drinking games (ie: beer pong, flip cup, etc.). PLEASE NOTE: Bachelor and Bachelorette groups are WELCOME, but you may not have a party on the property. There should be no visiting guests without the owner’s approval.
2.3 NON- SMOKING POLICY: Management has a strict no smoking policy. STG understands he/she may be charged a $500/fee/per day for the entire reservation for any evidence found of smoking in the property including but not limited to cigarettes, Marijuana, and vape.
2.4 NO PET POLICY: STG understands that the building has a no-pet policy. PLEASE NOTE: The Management does NOT allow any animals in at all. Please do not bring your animals to the building. Any animal brought to the unit will be charged a $2000 cleaning fee
2.5 CANCELLATION POLICY: STG certifies and agrees to this cancellation policy
