Excellent Beach Condo

Condo was very well stocked and put together. Wonderful view of the beach. Enjoyed sitting on balcony and lounging in chairs. Having access to 2 pools was nice as well.

Will book again

Lovely view. Very comfortable. The pool was nice. Good location cental to good restaurants and beaches. A little sad that all the days were red or double red flag, except for the day we checked out.

Honeymoon 2024

Great quiet location on Dauphin Island.

Our son had a science camp on the island and my wife and I decided to have a little vacation. The Inn at Dauphin Island was a great location and the unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. The best part was walking on the nearly empty beach daily.

Great property. Clean. Great view. Would choose this property again. Only problem was the dishwasher would turn on. These things happen and at our ages, we are very familiar with washing by hand, so wasn’t a big deal. Everything else was great and we would recommend without hesitation!!!

The only real negative was the mattress in the main bedroom, it left some to be desired. Overall a good location we would consider staying again.

This was the 2nd time in 3 years we stayed at the Inn. Both times we had to call the Management Service to get the gate code. Both times we had access code to get keys to our room but had to call to get gate code into the property from the road. Not sure we will be returning to this location.

Home way from home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very relaxing and refreshing. Clean well maintained. Quiet at night able to sleep hardly any noise from other units. Beautiful beach area and pool. In past reviews, others had mentioned a loud air conditioning unit when on the balcony. It really wasn't that loud and we spent very little time on the balconey because we were on the beach instead. Definitely would stay here again.

Week at Dauphin Island

The condo had everything you could ask for. Great view and every kitchen gadget you could ask for. Had problems with TV reception. Floors and baseboards were not very clean. Staff at resort was very helpful. Biggest problem was the rental agency. Had a leak under sink and when we called they couldn’t find our reservation. When they finally found it the operator said she would have someone call us. Made call Sunday and no one ever called us back. Maintenance just showed up Monday morning

Room was ok for a last minite stay

This was our first time on Dauphin Island. We loved the island. The property at The Inn was very nice. Loved the pool area. The one interaction with the front desk was great. Room 206 was just ok. It had a strong, weird smell in the bedroom. One one of the zero gravity chairs on the balcony was broken. The tall chairs on the balcony were very sketchy. Ice maker was very slow. We had to keep filling the trays to have ice. The unit needs a deep cleaning, some minor decor changes, and some furniture upgrades. Loved the kitchen upgrades. Loved the ease of check in with the codes being emailed. There was plenty of room for our group of 4. My teen liked the bunk bed. Overall the unit was quiet and peaceful. We are not picky and often stay in places similar to this...but, this was on the pricey end for comprable properties in other cities. This was the most affordable property I found on the island for a last minute trip. Overall, it was an ok stay.

We loved our room and the amenities included, and our balcony had a nice view of the gulf. We loved using thr pool when the weather on the beach was rough or we weren't able to get into the water. Not the worst property

Reviewer Comments: The property was within walking distance of most of the restaurants on the island. There were “dust bunnies” coming off the ceiling fan, dust on other surfaces and the electrical outlets were hot or miss if they actually worked. If it’s the price point you’re looking at, save the money and go to Gulf Breeze motel

Nice, Relaxing Visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here recently and were very pleased with this property (Inn 206). The one bedroom would be perfect for any couple, or parents with small children. Everything you need is there besides groceries. Bring your own beach chairs/toys. It is a small condo, but fit our needs perfectly. We loved the decorations and tile work, having a washer/dryer is so convenient. The boardwalk is long for some, but the 3 minute walk didn't bother us at all. It was quiet during our visit, no issues at all. The mattress will need replaced pretty soon, but it wasn't anything to complain about. We're thankful for the time away and another amazing visit to Dauphin Island. If you want peace and beach time- go visit immediately.
