Please keep the AC at 72°F or higher to ensure the system functions properly. Guests are responsible for damage caused by lower settings.

The upstairs level does not have its own AC unit; the downstairs unit cools the home.

To protect underground utilities, parking on grass is not permitted. Damages will be billed to the guest.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home. We kindly ask that you avoid entering the basement/crawl space, as it is reserved for maintenance use only.
