¡La ubicación perfecta para ACL, SXSW, F1 Circuit of the Americas y FunFunFun Fest! Ubicado en las tranquilas colinas de Barton, en el distrito 78704, siempre genial, encontrarás muchas comodidades y comodidades. A dos millas de Zilker Park, Barton Springs Pool, Downtown, South Congress (SOCO) y 3 cuadras de la parada de autobús más cercana.

Location!! It’s close to so many things. You can start a hike right outside the front door. It’s cozy, clean and cute. All kinds of decorative items that are interesting.

Comfy and convenient spot

Stayed here during ACL and it was a great spot. Located close to a main road with bus stops, many different store/restaurants within walking distance. Nice house and front yard is fun place to sit and that with friends.

This was the perfect place to stay for us, very peaceful, and well kept. I loved the extra touches they included, from the variety of coffees and teas to seeing creamer in the fridge. The location was perfect to all the areas we wanted to see. Thank you Robert and Inge!

It was a great experience. The iron didn't work and the fire detector kept going off, but other then that everything was great.

Wonderful stay

Excellent experience from the moment we booked. Clear communication, easiest check-in imaginable, and a beautiful house to stay in. Beautiful place. Relaxing. Awesome location.

My Wife and I stayed here for the ACL Festival. It is approximately 2 miles from the event, which made it a great place to stay. It is also located right off of Lamar that is a great area w/ bars, restaurants and shops. And not far from downtown. The bedroom and living area are perfect for two. The house is quite and quaint. We will definitely try to book next time we are in Austin and will recommend it to friends.

Quiet and convenient

We came to Austin to visit family living in the neighborhood, and this suite was just the perfect spot for our stay. It is within walking distance, and so we could come and go at will without need of a vehicle. A definite choice for the future if we again find no room in the family 'inn.' The hosts are very accommodating and clearly take pride in the home they share.

Beautiful and suited all of our needs

Went during what we admittedly did not realize was SXSW, so we were trying to avoid that by hiking and staying somewhere not as crowded. The house turned out to be perfect for both. We walked about a mile to the middle of the greenbelt trails twice, and the owners even had a handy guide book we found upon arrival that had a map for the trails. The house was in a more quiet, cute neighborhood and was great for our stay!
