Our waterfront home on Lake Harding is an open concept home that sleeps 12 and offers seating for 20+ setup to gather indoors and outdoors comfortably. Just 30 minutes from Auburn Alabama and Columbus Georgia and just 90 minutes from Atlanta airport makes it the perfect gathering place year around.
Lake front you will find an amazing deck to gather and enjoy the great views, a bar, mini fridge and plenty of seating for lounging. The gas grill and dining area make it an awesome place to enjoy an outdoor meal. The swim dock is available to enjoy the lily pad, Kayak, paddle board and inflatable rafts. There are life vests available in all sizes including small children. Beach towels are available in the house.
A generous grassy area in the front and back provide space for running around. Giant Jenga, Connect Four and a Plastic Axe Throwing game are available to extend outdoor time. The back patio and front porch also offer seating to enjoy the outdoors. The lot is heavily wooded and offers walking paths.
The modern kitchen is well stocked and set up to enjoy dining together. Kitchen is stocked to seat 20. For coffee lovers there is a a coffee machine and bean grinder along with a Keurig for simpler pod option. The oven features a pizza setting with a pizza stone and peel for pizza night. Additional appliances include a blender, food processor, crock pot, hand mixer and insta-pot. A well-stocked spice cabinet is available to use. A variety of coffee and baking supplies are available to get you through your initial arrival with a local grocery store nearby for when that isn't enough. The basement offers a 2nd kitchen for when you need a second stove/oven option for entertaining.
The open concept main floor features comfy seating to watch movies and sports around the 86” TV with Sonos soundbar and Apple TV. Connect wirelessly to the soundbar to play music. The game area with lake views allows you to play games and still watch your favorite things.
Bedrooms: Main floor. Master with King; 2nd Floor 2 bedrooms with king beds, 1 bedroom with a queen, 1 bedroom twin beds and a sunroom with 2 futons. Extra bedding available for crashing on the couch.
Bathrooms: Master Bath on Main; ½ bath on Main. Full bath on each 2nd floor and basement. Towels (bath and beach) are provided.
Wi-Fi enabled with highspeed enabled. Workspaces including desks available upstairs for anyone that may need to work remotely during their stay.
The basement offers theater seating for watching games and movies and a bar area for hanging out. A game closet is supplied with multiple games for all ages, including supplies for drawing and coloring on a rainy day. The laundry room includes an iron and ironing board.
A highchair, pack'n'play and baby gates available so even the littlest guests can feel at home.
The driveway offers parking for multiple cars. There is a 220v outlet on the side of the garage for charging an EV(provide your own cable). ***No smoking***
