A short drive to Cedar Point, wineries, Wildlife Safari, fishing charters, water parks, shopping, beach combing & so much more! Need a break from the hustle? Stay in and read! The large, screened in, front porch will help you create new memories. the giant (board room style) dining room table is great for board games or just sitting around for a visit. It is also equipped with gas and charcoal grills, and an outdoor sitting area for a memorable cookout experience. Up for a bit of fishing? There is plenty of room to park you boat and trailer in the back yard. Make yourself at home in this 4-bedroom Port Clinton retreat. We live in Ashland Ohio and own SASCO Advertising in Mansfield Ohio. Our peaceful place is at the lake! We spend almost every weekend at our trailer at The Fountains in Port Clinton. My husband fell in love with this brick house and we decided to fix it up for short term vacation rentals. When not occupied by guests this is our favorite spot to stay. We host family gatherings here too, they love the close proximity to down town and all the fun!

Port Clinton is in the heart of Lake Erie life. Our "leaning brick" house is a three block walk to downtown or the waters edge and about 5 blocks from the public beach and park. There is always something going on or somewhere to go. We love to walk to the ferry and land at Put-in-Bay for the day, tour downtown or sit at the Bait House and watch the channel traffic. There is something for everyone! Thrifting, hiking, swimming, kayaking, fishing, eating, pub crawling, festivals, wineries, shopping, parks, beaches, boating, you name it! Our Brick house is named "Library by the Lake" because it is full of books! If you just need some down time, stay in and read on the screened in front porch. I have a list of activities and events if you want them forwarded just ask. We provide gas and charcoal grills for cookouts and a fully stocked kitchen for hosting family. There is plenty of room to park your boat and trailer in the back yard (as long as the sidewalk isn't blocked). Fishing groups love to stay here! Grab some gourmet popcorn or go to Fergusons for a glass blowing class. Go to the art warehouse or visit the Marblehead lighthouse. Cedar Point is a short 20 minute drive.Locals love to eat and drink at BellMells Tavern that is one block from the house. You will not be bored!
