★ CANCELLATION ★
Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 3% deduction to cover processing fees.
NO SHOES. Please take your shoes off upon entering the home.

NO SMOKING ANYTHING anywhere on the property - inside or outside. This includes marijuana and tobacco. No vaping. Any evidence of smoking is a $500 violation.

NO mailing packages (RECEIVING OR SENDING)


NO excessive guests. Without approval, additional guests not on the reservation will be subject to a $50 fee per guest.

NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY). This is a residential neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. We love our neighbors and we hope you respect them. Noise level must be minimal from 10PM - 7AM. There is a noise level city ordinance, we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in a termination of your reservation. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.

Violation of noise ordinance and or tampering with security devices will result in immediate termination of reservation with no refund and will require immediate departure from the home. Failure to comply will result in a minimum fine of $500 and additional legal action if necessary.

If it is available, early check-in is a charge of $25/each additional hour (beyond the first hour). Please reach out to us at least 48 hours in advance with this request.

Late check-out past 11 AM is unavailable to ensure the home is ready for the next guest. If the guest stays late, a $30 fee per additional hour will need to be charged.


Lost keys: $50

Excessive cleaning if the place is left with trash everywhere: $100

OTHER REQUESTS:
- NO smoking on the property. 
- Please wash your dishes after use.
- NO excessively loud noise, i.e. yelling nor playing the stereo very loud between 10PM and 8AM Also, no extra guests without permission during these hours.
- If anything breaks during your stay, you must notify us immediately through the app with an attached photo of the broken item. If you do not notify us, there will be a $150 fine on top of the cost to repair or replace said item. If you do notify us there is a pretty decent chance that you will not be charged anything.
- We're always striving to provide a five-star stay, so if anything you experience is below that, contact us and give us the opportunity to address your concerns.
