First time using this app. Stay was peaceful and quiet. House was spacious for us big people. Amenities in the home was abundance overall enjoyed my stay. Property manager always available. Only one unpleasant the outside was not cleaned and the bed in the second bedroom was too low for my back. But would stay again.

Reyes Family Reunion

The property was excellent! Our accommodations were excellent also! The family reunion was fantastic. It was my oldest son, my 17yr old daughter, my 7 yr old son and myself staying on the property. Then my 2nd oldest daughter, her fiance and my teenage granddaughter got together and had a great time everyday. I couldn't have asked for a better Easter. Recommend it to anyone!!!

Great getaway!

We stayed at this property for our visit to the area and we loved it. Great location, great accommodations, and great service from Mitzi the property manager. We enjoyed it very much and appreciated the attention to details that made the stay that much more enjoyable. We will look to stay here again in the near future!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at your beautiful property, and I wanted to take a moment to express our appreciation for the experience. The layout of the place was stunning, making it not just a stay but a cherished memory.## Seamless Problem ResolutionDuring our visit, we encountered a few minor hiccups. However, I am pleased to say that these were resolved swiftly and efficiently. The quick response time and the courteous manner in which the issues were handled made a significant difference in our overall experience.Our return flight was unexpectedly cancelled, which initially threw us into a bit of a frenzy. Thankfully, Mitzi and Andrea were absolutely fantastic in assisting us during this stressful time. They went above and beyond to help us extend our stay for an additional night, offering peace of mind and comfort when we needed it most.We are incredibly grateful for the warm hospitality and exceptional service provided during our stay. It is clear that your team is dedicated to ensuring guests have a memorable and comfortable experience. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable and stress-free. Good house, good area

We had an excellent time, and would like to go there again in the future! The house was at least as good as pictures indicate. Safe area. 5-10 min drive to lots of shops and restaurants, 20 min to Sawgrass Mills, 25-30 minutes to Las Olas Beach. Beach chairs included. All utensils we needed in the kitchen. Lots of towels.Only isse was pool heat, which I assume will be fixed for future guests: It did not work at all: First days of our stay was during a cold wave in February, and I don't think the pool was more than 70-75F at most during the day. We told management about the problem on day 2, but no attempt was made to fix it during our 8 day stay. We said we were fine with it, and it was a minor issue, but still - we might have chosen another house if we knew the pool was not heated.The good things about the house far exceeded the cold pool - so we definitily recommend it!

Beautiful

This property was all you could ask for amazing deck, beautiful pool that was warm very close to everywhere and the decorations are amazing. I wish I was that talented. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice house, great location...everything worked. I would suggest that you set the pool heater to come on earlier...it is currently set to come on after 11am..so the pool doesnt warm up until supper time

Location and Pool!

If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood to relax this is the house for you. The house is located on a quiet cul de sac, is close to a large park and all the conveniences and shopping you could need. The house itself is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and even has an air fryer to use. The pool and deck area looked too good to be true and was even better in person. We will come back to this house as it is exactly what we were looking for. Comfortable, location was great for work, and the neighborhood was exactly what we were hoping for for our family. The host/management company was responsive if we needed anything.

Excellent-even lovelier in person

We had a wonderful time at this home! So spacious and clean. We loved the pool and fishing off the dock. Plenty of room for all of us and we even enjoyed staying indoors some days!

Immaculate stay

We enjoyed our stay so much. My husband enjoyed fishing right off the back deck while the kids were swimming and there was plenty of outdoor space to relax as well. The complementary welcome wine bottle was much appreciated. The house could not have been more clean and had, everything you could need. The only suggestion that I could make is a king size bed instead of queen. There is definitely lots of places to sleep, but I would’ve preferred a king size bed. As well as black out shades. The rooms are very bright in the morning, which is lovely throughout the day but not good for sleeping. We overall loved the place and would stay again and recommend to family. Thank you so much for making it a wonderful trip .

GREAT

The house is nice looking in the pictures, but way nicer in person!!! Will stay at again, pool was awesome and clean. A lot more space then we thought it would be. The lady that showed us the codes and check in was great and really nice, very helpful.. Overall a great house and great customer service...

We are a couple of entrepreneurs from New Jersey, we have a family of 4 and we felt in love with Fort Lauderdale area and everything it has to offer, so we decide to buy and renovate this property both for our family to enjoy and o listed and rent it to similar families that want to enjoy what Florida has to offer.

This Is a very quiet neighborhood located super close to everything, Airport is just 15 minutes away, looking for a peaceful walk? Heritage Park is a 5-minute walk, shopping centers, Golf courses, restaurants and Downtown Fort Lauderdale are all within 15 minutes from the property.

What sets this house apart from other ones in the area is the finishing touches and attention to detail on our property, this house was renovated as our dream home, and no expense was spared to convert it on to a little piece of paradise. We knew the only way we could afford to keep our dream house was by sharing it with others so we made sure that every part of the house has everything a guest might need to have a memorable vacation.

There is no other house like ours in the area and we hope you get to enjoy it as much as we do.
