Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Master Bedroom: A king-sized bed, en suite bathroom, and smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.
Second Bedroom: A queen-sized bed, with direct access to the adjacent bathroom. This room also features a smart TV with streaming apps.
Living Areas:

An open-plan layout with a dining area for six, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room.
Relax on a comfortable couch while enjoying the large smart TV, perfect for movie nights.
Outdoor Amenities:

A private, fully fenced backyard surrounded by tropical palm trees for privacy and relaxation.
The upper deck includes a comfortable seating area, an outdoor dining table for six, and a 3-burner BBQ grill for delicious meals.
The lower deck, separated by a fence and gate for added safety, features the heated pool and surrounding sunbeds. Choose a spot in the sun or shade as you soak in the tropical ambiance.
Guest Access
Enjoy full access to the house, backyard, and all amenities, with the exception of one locked closet and the enclosed carport.

The Neighborhood
Nestled in one of Fort Lauderdale’s hidden gems, this quiet and safe neighborhood offers a Florida Keys-inspired vibe. Surrounded by the New River and canals, the area feels like a waterfront retreat. The community is primarily owner-occupied, fostering a welcoming and serene atmosphere. Despite its tranquility, you'll find easy access to major highways, placing you at the center of everything South Florida has to offer.

Getting Around
While ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, we recommend renting a car to make the most of your visit. The driveway offers ample free parking, and nearby highways make it easy to explore everything from Fort Lauderdale’s beaches to Miami’s nightlife.

Additional Information
Capacity: We can accommodate up to 6 guests (maximum 4 adults, with children included in the total).
Pool Maintenance: The pool is cleaned weekly. Guests may use the provided net or skimmer to remove leaves or debris between scheduled cleanings. Instructions for pool heater use are available; an additional fee applies.
Tranquil Escape: With lush landscaping and a gated pool deck, the property is designed for safety, relaxation, and fun for all ages.
