Retreat or family reunion to beautiful peaceful lakefront home. 5 minutes to town. Home is 3 bedroom ,2 full bath bi-level home, situated on level shoreline to a 25 acre no wake lake, located on dead end frontage road. Enjoy bbq on weber gas grill, that you will never run out of propane (we got you cover)for endless grilling, children on pedal boats,canoe, bikes to ride and abundance in fishing or swimming off the dock. Abundance in fish, largemouth, smallmouth, northern, crappie, perch and all the pan fish you can catch. There is no public launch so it is very peaceful. Take long walks or bike rides around half of the lake or gather your family and bring your own volley ball set up or play football games on large 1.29 acre . Enjoy morning breakfast or coffee over looking the eastern sunrise while sitting on the patio, enjoy dinners and cocktails on oversized deck and picnic tables alongside the level shores of 150 feet. 45 minutes north of Wausau. 5 minutes to town, Walmart super center 25 miles in Merrill. Bars and restaurant down the street and in town. We are all about family fun!
Have special requests, we may even be able to set up and surprise that special someone, ask us we are pretty easy going. Equipped with water softener and water filter throughout the house. It was just the 2 of us, so we decided to share it with your family. We are 45 minutes away in event of an emergency, we will be there. Bring your 4-leggers (up to 2 dogs), we are pet friendly, we have an outdoor kennel to keep them safe and happy. Our property listing is new to VRBO, we look forward to being your next family!
