Three Bedroom Ranch on the Lake w/ Firepit

Family-friendly three bedroom ranch style house on Lake Nokomis. Large, level lot with gently sloping front yard leading directly to the water and beautiful view. Located on a quiet, swimmable bay tucked just off the main lake. Swim, fish, ski, or eagle watch from the private pier. Firepit, picnic table, and three kayaks are available for use. Two bedrooms are each equipped with a queen bed, and one with a set of single twins. All beds have new Ghost Bed memory foam mattresses and linens are provided. There are two full baths stocked with basic amenities. Cable and wifi are fully available.

This house is dated but clean. Pet friendly and on water. Host was responsive. We did feel that for what you get this house it is overpriced. It is important to bring in your own water to drink and use.

Had a very nice time staying at your vacation rental. The house provided everything we needed for accommodations. The only thing preventing me from giving a 5 star rating was the lake. We were very disappointed that the water level was several feet out in front of the pier. Looked nothing like the pictures in the listing.

Beautiful setting on a quiet part of the lake. Enjoyed eagle watching and kayaking. Extremely close to a great boat launch. House is comfortable and clean with everything you need.

Perfect family getaway! Great fishing right off the pier. The kids loved swimming and my husband and I enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. Loved that we could bring our dog along with. Great memories!

We had a great weekend. The home was well stocked with all of the necessities and the beds very very comfortable. Even had grab bars in the bathroom and a railing on the pier so my 85 year old mother could be comfortable. Justin was extremely responsive to all of our questions. I would highly recommend this place.

Another Amazing Stay!

Our 2nd time booking at this house on Lake Nokomis. Everything was perfect! This is an excellent location with a nice dock for your boat. The launch is just down the street. Very cozy house with comfy beds. Fully stocked for all your needs. Great fishing right off the dock. Eagles perched nearby several days. Location is close to many great places to eat & drink. We love this area and this is a wonderful place to stay. Already planning our next trip back!

Family Traditions

We have been going to tomahawk and lake nokomis for 50 years, once had a family cottage. Now we go up a couple times a year to continue the traditions and memories. Found this cute cottage one block from our old cottage so the memories were huge. Perfect location on the lake with its own dock. The house was ideal for a family of five. It was well stocked with all our necessities, clean and comfortable. Will definitely be going back.

Beautiful location, perfectly cozy home!

We absolutely loved our stay in Tomahawk at this cozy home right on Lake Nokomis! Location is perfect because there is a boat launch right around the corner. Beautiful views of lake, sunset and moon! My family has rented many homes over the years and this one was so perfect! It was super clean on arrival, exactly as pictured online, and was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. Plenty of space for a family, big back yard with great firepit. Very friendly neighborhood. Location is close to great restaurants and not far from town. We hope to come back again this summer because the beach area and dock looks like it would be fantastic during summer months.

Wonderful!

We had such a great time here! It was very clean, organized, and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had a bonfire, went kayaking, fishing, played games at the table, had movie nights. It was perfect. It was even a nice space to put our little one down and had no issues with waking them up because of how the house is laid out. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Fantasy Football

We have been playing fantasy football for over 20 years and this is one of the best properties we have stayed at. The host, Justin, was very accommodating and answered any questions promptly. The kitchen is one of the best equipped and the bedrooms are spacious with more than enough room for clothes. The rest of the house was clean and well-stocked. There is definitely plenty of beach towels. The only recommendation I would make is to leave room for groceries in your cupboards and drawers. We always need to do some rearranging everywhere we rent. We had a wonderful time at a wonderful place.

Great Lake House Vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. The bay was great to kayaking and paddle boarding. We were able to rent a pontoon boat from a place in Rhinelander so we were able to travel further along the lakes for a few days as well. The well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals many of the days. Communication was great and questions were quickly answered. We have stayed here twice now and will likely stay again. Thanks for a great week!

Great place

The cabin was neat and clean and provided all the amenities. Location was quiet and quaint with great sandy frontage. Justin was a great host and was quick to respond if we needed anything. Took a bit to find the fish but we did and fishing was fun too! Thanks again!

Great long weekend in the northwoods

We stayed for a four day weekend with family at the lake house. My 82 year old mom with mobility issues had no issues and was able to spend lots of time with everyone. Great communication with host!

Clean with a wonderful view

The owners provided a clean, well-maintained property and some nice amenities. Loved getting up in the morning and seeing the sun rise over the lake.

Summer 2024 Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay, the cottage was well stocked with anything we needed. Great location on the lake. We enjoyed lots of water activities and boating. Was a perfect family vacation. Will be looking into going back in the future.

Great views & cozy cabin

We enjoyed our stay at this lake cabin. We docked our boat at the pier and the guys went fishing every day. Our dogs were also very comfortable and enjoyed two nearby dog parks. There was a huge storm one night which knocked down a lot of trees including one blocking the pier. The owner’s father was on site early the next morning to remove it. We needed an extended outdoor power cord and that was delivered asap. Could not ask for better service! Great host!
