Our newly finished 1-bed, 1-bath “Casita” is bright and sunny, located on a peaceful street in a desirable North Park neighborhood. This home is well suited for either an individual or a couple, and ideal for travelling nurses or digital nomads.

Both the main space and bedroom have a heating and cooling unit. The place is furnished in a comfortable and homey mid-century style with more improvements to come. Window treatments provide privacy, while skylights add in natural light. There is a 55" mounted TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is furnished with brand new appliances including a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, an electric oven with 5 burners, microwave, pull-down faucet, and a washer/dryer unit. Kitchen essentials such as utensils, plates, glasses/mugs, basic cooking utensils, pots and pans, are also included. The bedroom includes a comfortable Queen-sized bed with new bedding, two nightstands, a dresser, closet, and desk space which can be used to comfortably work remotely. Residents will have access to the tiled patio which will soon be furnished with seating and additional plants. The driveway is shared with two homes, but there is dedicated space to park your car right next to entry.

The home is on a residential street just a quick block away from Morley Field/Balboa Park, and walkable to North Park shops, restaurants, and bars. There is also a grocery store several blocks away. The place is within driving minutes of the Zoo, Hillcrest, University Heights, Downtown, and several major freeways for commuting.
