Wow what a view!!! Easy access to property. We were able yo rent umbrellas and chairs. They came and set them up for us. Had access to the cliff drysdale tennis. We were rented a golf cart. The kitchen was stocked with goodies upon our arrival. Rooms were spacious with a very nice washer and dryer. We overall enjoyed our one month stay

Ocean front, third floor, we usually go higher but this condo was so perfect for our needs we will be back. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with whatever you needed to cook family meals. Condo beautifully decorated, what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Management was very communicative. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot on Amelia Island

It is a beautiful spot that exceeded expectations! Excellent location, easy access to the pool, beach, and ocean views. It was a well-furnished condo with everything we needed, including some. It will be an ongoing favorite!

Amelia Island Spring Break

Everything you could need away from home was provided. Beds were very comfortable and all the right size. Getting more than one king and two separate beds is not easy. Very spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. Access to ocean and the pool were conveniently located. Plenty of parking. The host got back to me timely with any questions. I’d rent this property again the next time we’re in Amelia Island.

Beautiful beach condo!

We enjoyed our stay here on the third floor of Turtle Dunes. We’ve stayed in other 3BR units (over the past 20 years) and this one is our favorite for our family of 6. Kitchen is well stocked, everything was clean, management is fabulous. We love the ocean front view and also the pool view from this end unit. We will be back :)

Beautiful oceanfront condo

We were steps away from the beach and the pool. The condo had a great view and was very clean and comfortable. We found everything we needed in the unit to feel right at home. The property manager was also very friendly and helpful, she was available whenever we had any questions. We are already planning our trip back to this condo for next year.

Another great week at Turtle Dunes Amelia Island

It’s like coming home when we stay in this unit. Beautiful and comfortable and quiet which is why we've been coming here for 20 years. This management company…Ghazal and her team are just top notch. We could smell how clean the unit was when we walked in. Ghazal is responsive, professional and friendly. We’ll see you next year!

We had a great stay at this condo! Ghazal maintained great communication throughout the entire process, from booking, and even after we checked out. She even mailed us some items that were accidentally left behind. The beds were comfortable and the place was well stocked. The only reason this condo didn't get 5 stars, was due to a problem with the air conditioning (which was remedied on our second day) and due to cleanliness/construction. On the surface the condo was clean and well stocked, but it really could use a deep clean. It could use to have the furniture moved and vacuuming below everything. We did find two cockroaches during our stay, but we have learned these are much more normal in the South, than what we're used to in the Midwest, and have found them in other rentals of this caliber. There was some minimal construction going on at the building which made the luggage ramp inaccessible and caused noise during the daytime which could be bothersome when trying to rest. (We fully understand this is out of the control of the property management and the owners, but a notice on the post during on going construction might be helpful until it's completed. If you spend most of the day away from the condo, you won't even notice it.) Ghazal also compensated us for the air conditioning not functioning properly, which gives us great confidence overall, in the property management, and we would certainly be willing to rent from them again if we return to Amelia Island.

In addition to detailed cleanings between each guest, we also have regular professional pest control services in place, including treatments before your stay. In Florida’s tropical climate, it is unfortunately not unusual to occasionally see a palmetto bug or cockroach, even in the cleanest and most carefully maintained homes. To further ensure our high standards, we also perform a comprehensive deep cleaning at the end of each season as part of our routine care. We also appreciate your feedback about building construction and have updated our communication to notify guests in advance of any temporary projects that may affect the property. Perfect condo to rent with amazing views...

We enjoyed a nice fall break in this condo. Gorgeous views. This condo has everything you need with little nice touches. (liquid hand soap in bathrooms, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are nice. Huge family room as well. We brought our 2 teens and allowed them to bring a friend. It was the perfect set up. The pool is clean and beautiful. We would definitely rent this exact unit again. Plenty of parking too. ZERO complaints! We loved it!

Fun girls trip

We stayed at this condo for a girls week. We had a great time going to the beach, and pool. The condo was perfect, and Gazal and Laily were great to work with. Would come back. Loved it there.

Great location for a family

Very nice accommodations and responsive host. The coffee machine leaked and she replaced it within a day. The AC went out briefly and she gave a recommendation of how to repair it. So there were minor inconveniences but the host was able to remedy them fairly quickly. Beautiful view of the ocean and great proximity to pool and beach. Nice quiet building.

Beautiful condo!

This condo is a gem! The beds are comfortable, the unit is very convenient to the beach, and the views from the balcony, dining room, and living room are wonderful. On top of that, the owners provided everything you could possibly need, including soap dispensers for all sinks, quality nonstick pans for cooking, and tons of thick towels. The condo made for a very relaxing vacation!

Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay at Turtle Dunes! The condo is even better in person than the pictures show. It well stocked and very taken care of. It is convenient to the beach and we loved the location on the island. It's perfect for a family of 4. Gazel is absolutely lovey and provided fantastic communication throughout our stay. I would absolutely come back to this property again.

Great Stay - Charming home and well stocked

This unit was very spacious. Up to date amenities and the home was fully equipped with plenty of towels, kitchen items etc. We would stay here again. The home manager was absolutely amazing to speak with and very helpful with information we needed. We arrived late in the evening and couldn't find the unit and called her, she picked up immediately and got us to the spot we needed to be at.

Lovely condo. Every clean with a well stocked kitchen. A few suggestions to improve comfort. Replace twin mattresses, improve level of lighting for reading. Provide neatly organized information about area. We found book in bottom drawer in foyer later in stay. Description has Gas fireplace as an amenity. There was No gas log!

Wonderful stay

The condo was everything we could have asked for in terms of location, amenities and furnishings. We felt extremely at home in the condo. It was a nice walk to the beach and close to great shopping and restaurants. The property managers were so helpful and welcoming! We would definitely return!

The Perfect Place

This condo is just as the pictures show — beautiful, spacious, clean. The kitchen is the best equipped I have seen. Perfect for picking up items at Harris Teeter and eating in. The views are great; quiet area; resort shops and restaurants wonderful!! Gazal is a perfect host!!

Amelia Getaway

Laily, the property manager was great. The property was well appointed and stocked, clean and oh what a view. Our walks were very enjoyable. You can either walk on the beach or the paths behind the condos. The paths behind include shade from the overhead canopy (live oaks and moss hanging down). You are reminded that this is a very special and enchanting place, the plantation on Amelia Island.

loved the unit and would highly recommend. Had everything you need. One item needs to be checked as the water pressure in the master shower is very low. Otherwise would highly recommend the unit.
