We have 2 bedrooms that are furnished with prime mattresses that we dressed in a complete set of high-quality bed linens. Each bedroom has a king-sized bed that is perfect for relaxation and recuperation.

BATHROOM
You may enjoy spending a pleasant bath in our tub that can be found in one of our bathrooms. We have 2 bathrooms to promote privacy and convenience among our guests.

BALCONY
One of the greatest features of this unit is the balcony where you can enjoy the scenic mountain view and also take a breath of fresh air. We set up comfortable chairs with a matching table so you can take your time to enjoy the view and even spend time talking with a loved one while in the presence of nature.
This 2 bedroom unit has a king bed in both bedrooms. The secondary bedroom king bed is a trundle, so when you’re not using it, it collapses and you slide it back under itself making the perfect day sofa.
It has bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit, for more privacy between your housemate. The kitchen was tastefully designed for entertainment and socializing. You have plenty of room, and a private patio with breathtaking mountain views.
Getting around is a breeze, and when someone comes to visit there is visitor parking and free street parking.

Additional House Rules:
**Quiet hours are 10pm to 9am.

**No shoes in house.
**No smoking of any kind, including cannabis and vaping, and any illicit drugs in unit and patio, anywhere on the grounds and property.
**No burning of incense.

**DOGS MUST BE SMALL TO MEDIUM AND PHOTO MUST BE PROVIDED
Dogs must be kept on leash in common area of building and outside on property grounds.

**MUST clean up after dog.
**Must disclose all people staying at unit.
**Monthly bookings will be charged TWICE the CLEANING FEE

**Lost keys/fobs $200 Each.

**Parties $500 fine.
