This adorable budget-friendly oceanfront water escape is far enough away from the crowds and bling to truly relax, but close enough to get groceries and go out to eat within 15 minutes.  Long a traveler favorite,  oceanfront views create a beachscape from every window in this open floor plan.  Snuggle up on the oversize sectional sofa and read books with the kids. Focus on family friendly (including the family dog) begins with the large screened in porch where the kids can tramp up a boardwalk from the beach with their sandy feet, shower off, and eat lunch before they romp right back out to the waves. Transitional styling, shiplap accents, easy to clean flooring, and lifted ceilings make this townhouse light, bright, and efficient. 



Ground Level: 

Parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles, size dependent. Oceanfront wrap around bench seating, private hot shower. Screened in picnic area, 2 picnic tables. Beach equipment for guests to share.

Primary Oceanfront Porch: Adirondack pub chairs, lounger.

Washer and Dryer

Hallway Bath: bathtub and shower, wide quartz top vanity with single sink, toilet.

Guest Bunk Room: twin over full bunk bed, twin trundle, wall mounted TV.



Level 3:

Kitchen: quartz counters, stainless steel oversize sink with pull spray faucet, electric glass top range with double oven, dishwasher, microwave, side by side refrigerator/freezer.

Oceanfront Sun Deck: loungers, pub chairs.

Dining Area: seat up to 10: dining table seating 6, drop leaf auxiliary table and 4 extra chairs.

Living Room: sectional sofa, reading nook and books, large screen wall mounted TV.

Reading Nook: fold-out bed chair (sheets are not provided in your linen service,) Book rack.

Half Bath: modern farmhouse single vanity, toilet.



Level 4 Loft:

2 queen murphy beds, shelving built-ins, wall mounted TV, game table seating 4



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm

Check Out is by 10:00 am

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: Dogs Only Allowed. Your first dog is free!. A second dog is allowed with additional payment.



We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail.
