The home is remodeled, providing a fresh modern feel alongside traditional cottage elements, a large porch and deck. Relax in the hot tub beneath the trees, spend the day on the river, and explore surrounding wineries and breweries.

The space
FRONT PATIO + LARGE DECK (BBQ)
Arrive home to an inviting, shaded front patio with seating to enjoy. The patio wraps around the side of the house that transforms into a very large deck with plenty of lounge seating, a BBQ and a large family-style outdoor dining table. Look up and see the redwoods towering above you.

OPEN-CONCEPT KITCHEN + LIVING ROOM
Enter the home into an open-concept kitchen + dining room + living room. A brand new kitchen with granite countertops, a flat-screen Smart TV and stainless steel appliances give the space a fresh, modern feel. This is balanced with wood accents, original window treatments and 20-ft ceiling to keep the space feeling cozy and open all at once.

BATHROOMS
There are 3 full bathrooms. Two of them have showers and one has a free standing bathtub.

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom is on the first floor and contains a master bath, a king bed, a TV, and skylights. Across the hall, the first guest room has a queen bed. Upstairs, the two guest rooms each consist of comfortable double beds and are connected with a jack-and-jill bathroom that contains a free standing bathtub.

SIDEYARD + HOTTUB
Below the deck, relax in the hottub beneath the redwoods. The space is lit up in the evenings with stringy lights, providing a perfect, twilight ambiance.

WIFI
The internet service is very strong, allowing all guests to properly work remotely from the cottage and take Zoom calls if needed.

LOT BEHIND HOUSE
This is not our property. Please do not enter the back lot or allow your pets to enter

PETS
We welcome your furry friend with open arms, but please bring your own pet supplies

QUIET TIME
Guerneville rules require quiet time between 10pm - 7am

CARS
Three cars are allowed in front of the house. DO NOT BLOCK THE TRASH BINS PLEASE! Trash pickup is on THURSDAY.
