South facing windows make the living/dining area bright. Private patio is landscaped. Kitchen is fully equipped and stocked for breakfast . Two bedrooms and shared bath upstairs. Views of the countryside from both rooms.

This is the entire guest house. The main house is on the property, but you have your own gate for entry and exit.

Let us know what you need. We can stock the kitchen with some basics if you wish for cost + 10% for a shopping fee.

Nearest town is Pojoaque. There is a grocery store, hardware store, fast food and liquor store there. There are four casinos near us if gambling is your thing. Los Alamos and Espanola offer more shopping and a movie theater. Santa Fe is about 25-30 minutes away.

There is nearly no public transportation available. Cars are not optional here.
