Sonido frontal de 2 dormitorios, 2 baño de dúplex es ideal para una pareja o una familia con niños pequeños! Esta unidad inferior en la calle de canal de los bancos ofrece unas excelentes vistas de sonido! El acceso a la playa está cerca. Dé un paseo por la orilla del agua y tienen el almuerzo o cena en el restaurante de Oceanic. Crystal Pier está de nuevo abierto para los negocios, así que traiga su equipo de pesca!

Great Stay!

This was the perfect place for graduation weekend at UNCW! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the porch, and it was a very short walk to the beach! We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Trip

My husband and I enjoyed our rental, peaceful, quiet, except for some traffiic when out on the porch. We had a real nice time and would return.

Great location!

Beautiful view of boats coming and going and gorgeous sunsets. Loved that you have full view of the water from the kitchen and living space of this unit! We will stay here again when in the area.

Great place

Perfect spot for sunsets and just a short walk to the beach. Nice having sound access across the street. There is also a public dock a few houses down. Place was stocked with all you need. Enjoyed the stay and will be back.

The unit was very clean and spacious, it was just my wife and I but we could have brought the kids and used the second bedroom. We would definitely book this property again.

Fantastic place

Very clean and nicely decorated. Even though we didnt cook or eat in. It was well stocked with dishes, coffee makers, ice maker and utensils. Loved having morning coffee on balcony overlooking waterway.

Easy walk to beach; relaxing locations

This is the cutest little rental ever. Decorated tastefully; easily accessible, close to beach. Everything you may need in the kitchen, wonderful deck to watch the sunset. Next time I am renting for a week!

This is a lovely 2-bedroom sweet space with a cozy sitting area. Super comfortable, and amazing sunset views over Banks channel. The neighborhood is charming, and it's a five minute walk to the beach. Also a five minute walk to Oceanic Restaurant/pier with beautiful ocean views & Sundays coffee shop - we loved both places. Definitely would stay here again and give it a 10/10.

great location

We were here for a family wedding. It was a great location for all the different activities. We enjoyed the view of the bay from our balcony and we were in walking distance to the beach. The place was very clean. Everything in the description was accurate except there was no iron which we really needed.

We had a fabulous stay at our rental. The place was absolutely fantastic! The only thing was the fan for the AC ran continuously and they didn't get the part until after we left. Otherwise we loved it there!!

Nice with drawbacks

Nice place, good location, clean, nice views. Check-in is cumbersome (you'll have to go to the office to get a key) and you'll be responsible for putting your own sheets on the bed and doing the dishes/putting everything away at the end of the stay - this isn't an AirBnB. Also, the driveway can't fit two SUVs, so if you plan to bring two, know you'll be responsible for paid street parking.

Evenings spent on the porch overlooking he water are the best.Would suggest the owner replace the old/odd dishes, pots and pans and appliances in the kitchen. Great Location

Location of the property was great! This isn't your typical VRBO though. Since this actually rented through a rental agency, it doesn't offer the conveniences and "touches" typical VRBO properties offer. For example, they wouldn't not put the sheets on the bed. When I pay as much in fees as we did, it would be nice to have the beds made up. I will say, the unit was very, very clean. Also, the view was amazing and we loved the porch as well as the super quick walk to the beach!
