El Aparejos es el último complejo en el extremo sur de Ft. Fisher justo antes de la Ft. Fisher State Historic Site.

Este es un acogedor condominio de 1 dormitorio, 1 baño que cuenta con una sala de estar con vista al mar, comedor y cocina. Hay un hueco en el pasillo que tiene literas dobles y el dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio es parte de la calle. La gran terraza frente al mar tiene impresionantes vistas al océano Atlántico y un montón de espacio para comer al aire libre.

Hay una piscina frente al mar recién renovado en el lugar y que se encuentran a poca distancia del acuario de Carolina del Norte y Fort Fisher Museo de la Guerra Civil. No se asigna aparcamiento para un coche en el aparcamiento compleja y adicionales para un coche en la calle. No se permiten remolques de embarcaciones. La reciente y costosa re-alimentación en la playa prohíbe a cualquiera caminar sobre las bolsas de arena que protegen nuestra playa.

Ft Fisher

Condo was nice and clean. Stocked with basic kitchen needs. Balcony was nice and big. It could use new chairs. There was no elevator. Overall very pleased with our stay. Beach wasn’t crowded and very clean. Pool was also clean and well maintained.

Kure beach property not as advertised

Furniture was worn out, shower curtain rod was rusted and shower curtain was inadequate, black mold on front door, mattress was worn out. I'm shocked Bryant Reality would represent a property in this condition. To Bryant's credit they sent a maintenance man to the property. He was shown the problems and stated the owner needed to address these.

There were outlets not secured in the walls and the light switches were confusing as to which switch operated which light or outlet. Other than that we were pleased with our stay. The rental company was easy to work with. One disappointment was the pool was closed for repairs, but that's no one's fault. We loved staying at the end of the beach where it was quiet and not crowded. We will definitely be interested in staying at the Righings again, but probably on the ground floor.

The bedroom was nice and updated but all other areas were very outdated and not impressive. We also were very disappointed in the beach area in front of these condos. Very shallow. We ended up driving down the street and sitting at some of the public beach areas the whole week. It was nice to be next to Fort Fisher and having quick access to that area!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: condo was clean and well kept, the BIG downfall was the bed, couch and bunk beds were all so hard it was impossible to sleep on. (definitely didn't help my wife is pregnant and couldn't rest at all) This actually led us to leave a day early because we could not sleep. Everything else was great! Could stand to be updated some but was decent. I would not stay again due to the bed situation.

Thoroughly enjoyed

I know the area, so was familiar with the property. We had a great time. Note bottom step going from 2nd to 3rd floor in G--piece of wood splintered off edge, probably should replace, could be trip hazard. Very happy with condo, only suggestion would be to upgrade "sleeper sofa" in living room. Foot of sleeper 2 or 3 inches higher than head of bed, 3 inch mattress very uncomfortable. My adult son and spouse opted for bunk beds rather than sleeper. If we had had 6 people sleeping there (as advertised), would have been a problem. But very happy otherwise, with location, cleanliness, and furnishings.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very upset with several things. The clothes washer door would not open, we called and a repair guy came. Told us we could not use it and another person would be in touch and the part ordered. No one ever came back even after calling Bryant a second time. Other towel sets were brought but we could not wash any clothes. I had to wash them in the bath tub. The unit had large roaches as well. Mattresses were horrendous felt like sleeping on boards (bunks) and springs from the other mattresses. We will not stay here again!!! Would like some refund for trouble and a stressful week!!!

Million dollar view

This is definitely $1 million view on the third floor four sets of eight steps so it a lot to not have elevator. when we arrived, the maid had not taken dirty clothes that were left behind the curtain from the current people, we let them know right away she told me to leave them on the porch in the bag, which I did they never came for them and they got blown all over the parking lot. if you’re looking for a place just to lay your head and look at the million dollar view this place is great.money is great for this place . It is a bit dated with $1000. You could really spruce it up. The bedroom did not have a TV which was very disappointing and the living room had a very small TV probably about a 19 inch. The furniture was very old and dated, and the bunkbeds were like an afterthought like in an area for closet with very terrible mattresses. But we didn’t care too about that as we were never in the apartment for very long we were only there at night to lay head down. The washer and dryer were brand new. They did work and we only had a problem with the TV and the Internet not working but we didn’t watch it so we didn’t care. I did let them know. for the money it is well worth it. If you don’t care about it being dated, but for the view it’s more than worth it. I think some of the reviews are a little harsh, but I understand why because it is so dated and it would only take very little money to change it out like the bedspreads you can buy a bed in the bag at Walmart for cheep

Great Family Fun

That was okay for me but we'd been in trouble in an emergency since there isn't a land line. If they had Wi-Fi we could have used the Wi-Fi calling feature on our cell phones.The management company was very responsive to 1 issue we had and was fixed shortly after we notified them. They are extremely helpful and nice. The location couldn't have been better. We liked being at the end of the island. It was nice and quiet. The Kure and Carolina Beach Boardwalk's are just a 5 min drive when you want to go. The pool was a lifesaver. We have 2 small children, 2 and 1, and the water at the end of the island is a lot rougher than if you were in a little closer towards the board walk. Plus the beach in front of the condos has a major erosion issue. There were a lot of sand bags that showed through at low tide. At high tide there isn't a lot of room and you'll need to walk down the beach if you want to set up a tent. At high tide you may have 10-20 feet of beach front.The only thing that was missing and was a major inconvenience was the lack of internet. There isn't any Wi-Fi. We brought our tablet for the kids to watch Netflix so if we wanted to watch a movie or anything on TV we could. Like I said previously we also needed it for our cell phones since we didn't have reception.

Great view/Not so great unit

The view was amazing. We enjoyed our time at this condo, but we will not stay in this unit again for several reasons. The property was not properly cleaned. We discovered lots of dirt and trash under the pullout couch. The sheets were still on the pullout bed and they were covered in sand, crumbs, and hair. The sheets on the bed in the bedroom also had hair on them. The comforter/decorative pillows in the bedroom were dirty and stained. Since the bedding was not changed, that really made us wonder what else wasn’t cleaned properly. The washing machine was out of order, which I was informed of prior to our stay. However, when we arrived at our unit, there was a maintenance man there who informed us that the dishwasher was not working either. We booked this place for a week, and did not have a working washing machine or dishwasher the entire week. The kitchen is also poorly stocked. The inside of the coffee maker was gross, so we did not use it during our stay. I will give credit to Morgan, the manager of guest relations at Bryant Real Estate, as she was more than happy to provide us compensation for the inconveniences. We were extremely pleased with her service and professionalism. This property is also not advertised correctly. The photos show a walkway leading from the beach to the pool, but no such walkway exists. I understand the beach has eroded and adjustments had to be made, however the photos need to be updated. The unit could use some updating & new furniture as well.
