Overall we enjoyed our stay, this condo was clean, well prepared with essentials, and the views from either balcony was amazing.

First time Bayside

Unit was very clean, a quiet location on end of building and convenient to elevators. We’ve always stayed on Gulfside before, but loved being on The Bayside. Our teenagers loved the lazy river all lit up at night, very beautiful. Only issue was refrigerator kept freezing our food and dryer took forever to dry. Overall though, would stay here again in the future.

Place was pretty nice for 3 people. Need to clean the floors and upgrade appliances and add more pots and pans but overall we really enjoyed the stay. The property owners were very responsive and the check in and out was super easy

Clean but not comfy

We were surprised that there was actually only one bedroom. The bunk bed was located in a small hallway from the main hall to a bathroom. No privacy and nowhere to put luggage except in the floor. The sofa in the living area was like the vinyl bed you see in hospital room for someone who may stay with a patient. It was impossible for even a child to sleep on. Very small and very hard. Because of the seating options there was no space to just sit around and relax as a group. There were only 4 of us. I’ve stayed in many condo over the years but this was the comfortable of all. The best thing about it was it was clean and had nice towels

Never again

Place was gross. Bathroom cabinets had yuck on them, light switches were dirty, coffee pot was unusable becauae it was gross. The worst was the AC, or lack of! The unit doesnt get cooler than 71-72, even at night. The master bedroom easily stays at 78, at best. Their solution? They brought me a box fan that was completely disgusting. So after you enjoy and nice and hot day outside, you get to come back to a hot condo that you spent thousands of dollars on. They also went into my room without permission. They sent someome to clean again, but it was at best decent. No where near worth the momey spent. Eventually, they just stopped messaging me back, even after I was willing to be okay with the issues at first. However, that ended with the lack of AC. I was honestly miserable staying here.

We take guest feedback seriously and made every effort to resolve the situation during your stay. While we understand that you are a professional housekeeper and may have a higher standard, we did meet our hosting and cleaning standards as verified by other guests. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to make things right, you remained dissatisfied, and it seemed your biggest concern was receiving a refund. We have also only entered a property with the guest's permission and would not do this without making sure the guest approved..
