Disfrutar de sus vacaciones Wrightsville Beach en este muy atractiva de 3 dormitorios, 3 baños casa menos de una cuadra de la playa y del muelle de Johnnie Mercer.

La cocina y el salón / comedor se abre a una gran terraza con mesa y sillas para comer al aire libre. Hay 1 dormitorio (2 individuales) y baño en el nivel principal. Arriba, el dormitorio principal (nueva cama king y nido) con baño que tiene una terraza privada perfecta para tomar el sol. Otra habitación de invitados (cama de matrimonio) y baño están en este nivel también. Este año, el propietario ha actualizado el cable y el internet.

Los niños podrán divertirse en el parque público con equipo de juegos - menos de una cuadra de distancia. El Loop, un 2. 5 vía pavimentada alrededor de la vecina isla de Puerto y el centro de Wrightsville Beach es accesible prácticamente en la puerta de entrada para un correr temprano por la mañana!

Location was incredible- so close to beach and shops. House was not the cleanest and there was not even hand or dish soap. Bed comforters were very old and need to be replaced. Awesome location but would not stay here again.

Beach Weekend

The townhome was spacious and a great location. More amenities would have been nice, such as, hair dryer, shampoo, more dish detergent, etc. we enjoyed our stay!

Great Location and Space

We had an A+ vacation staying at this property. We had 6 adults and everyone had their own space and bathroom which was really awesome. The kitchen is on the small side, but it worked out fine. There are enough chairs around tables to eat together or for playing games inside or also out on the deck. The location is near many places within walking distance and the beach is really close. I can't wait to stay here again!

We drove from Indiana on Friday and checked in on Saturday for 2 nights to spend time with my son who is an airman in Goldsboro. The location was fantastic. Really close to the beach and restaurants. Great for walking and outdoor exercise. It was a short drive to Wilmington. The beds were comfortable. Next time well plan for a longer trip!

Great location! Great house! Great property management!

The location of the townhouse was perfect! It was close to the beach, grocery, and restaurants! The house itself was very clean. The carpet was worn, but expected in rental where people will drag sand in it all week. I couldn't find a coffee maker when I got there and called Bryant Real Estate and they brought me a brand new one within 10 minutes! Of course, then I found the coffee maker in a closet down the hall as we were checking out. So, now there are two:) The stopper for the sink broke and they immediately were there with a new one. I can't say enough of the great response time and attention given by Bryant Real Estate. I would definitely use them for renting again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the unit was fine. It could use some fresh paint and new rugs (they were pretty dirty). Downstairs bathroom lights should be replaced - very dark. Internet was spotty. Location was okay but noisy. Brawl at bar one street away at 2:45 am was unsettling. Beach was very accessible and not too crowded. We love Wrightsville Beach and will return but probably not to this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse is 4 up from the beach, amazing location. No views, but so close. Front faced the street and it’s a little noisy. Back was an alley and other units. I was disappointed with the furnishings and bedding. Not very clean. I ended up removing bedspreads b/c they were musty. I washed very dirty blankets/coverlets that were in the closet (they were dusty and musty as well), They actually came out white and of course smelled 💯 better after washing. By the way, nice to have a washer. Another nit picky item, used sponges were left for cleaning in the kitchen. Supplying a new one (less than $1) or the throwing out the old would have been better. Finally, lumpy beds and pillows. If you don’t care about any of this, condo is a fair value. Keyless entry and communication from the rental company was great.

Reviewer Comments: We are assuming either the apartments either share the same code, or you never change them. As I was standing in the kitchen, some stranger typed in the code for the door, unlocked it, saw me, yelled 'oops', and then left. When we called Bryant Real Estate, we had to leave a voicemail because you didn't answer. You never got back to us despite us calling two times after. We will definitely never use this company again for our beach trips. You don't even have a door guard lock, just the code. Seemingly insignificant after the situation with the door code, but you also couldn't figure out the password for the 5G, so working remote was impossible without a hotspot.

Annual summer vacation

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year in a row that my best friend and I have rented this place for our annual summer vacation. Overall, the stay was fine, but I was very disappointed in the old appliances and Bryant’s response to the broken dryer. Last year when we rented the place, it took 1.5-2 full cycles to dry a load in the dryer, so I was shocked when I returned 365 days later to find the same dryer!! Further, when the dryer stopped working on the 2nd day of our 7 day trip I wasn’t surprised and assumed this issue would be quickly resolved. However, 2 full days later (3rd day without operational dryer, and we have 5 children under age 12) the dryer still remained broken. Although it was ultimately replaced, the communication throughout the ordeal was less than ideal. Moreover, the quality and capacity of the replacement was less than optimal given that this is a beach rental.

Wedding weekend

The Sherman property was perfect for our stay! The location was 5 minutes from the wedding venue which made it easy to travel with two small children. We were close to the beach, pier and a park for the kids to play at. We would definitely book this property again!

Good location

The bedding really didn’t fit in terms of comforters. There is a big pile of hair behind the bathroom door and the inside of the bathroom vanities had toothpaste rings. I don’t think there’s any extended amount of cleaning being done.I think for the price I expected it to be a little nicer, less dated. Especially thought during Covid it would be cleaner

Great location !

We had a really nice long weekend stay here at this rental. It’s located just steps away from The beach. Also a short walk to Resturant’s and ice cream shop. The place was clean and comfortable for our family. The Parking was great too- Right by the road so you must be ok with loud cars and street noises. We brought a sleeper white noise machine and it drained all that out for a very peaceful sleep ! Would recommend and also come again !

Awesome stay!

We were very happy with our stay here! The location is awesome , 5 houses in from the beach and parking for 2 cars was awesome . I walked the beach every morning. The house is date but the bathrooms are renovated . Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is huge for a family with teens. We would definitely stay again. Thank you !

The biggest issue we had was the neighbors were fighting and woke us up a few time with their argument and language. This would have nothing to do with the property just poor timing for us and the family. We just didn’t expect that with it not being in season that we would have to work around this.
