Bunk area in the hall sleeps 2.

Fully-equipped kitchen with brand new stainless appliances (12/23), granite countertops, dining area (seats 4) and bar with barstools (seats 4).
Keurig and drip coffeemakers in the condo.
Full bathroom with tube and shower, and exhaust fan.
Step out on the fully furnished balcony and listen to the ocean while enjoying your morning coffee or watching the amazing PCB sunsets.

Million dollar view from inside the condo and outside on the balcony. Resort personnel were extremely friendly. Host responded quickly to texts. This was our most relaxing vacation ever.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The view was absolutely stunning. The condo was set up well with everything we needed. The onsite amenities were nice. We did arrive to a leaking toilet. Karen was able to get maintenance on site in a little over an hour to repair it and then again the next day to finish the repairs. That was our only issue. I will add, if you are traveling with a lot of luggage or are using a luggage cart, when you cross the sky bar bridge, take the elevator to level 1R and then take the elevators to the left to go to the 15th floor. (This route eliminates any stairs.)

The room was clean. The owner was prompt to answer any questions I had. Plenty of towels or toiletries and the bonus of providing 2 beach chairs along with the room. The beds were very comfortable and there were assorted games to play as well. My family and I will definitely be coming back to stay and specifically stay at this same suite if it’s available.

Great location

Great value! Plenty of towels! Beach chairs were a great plus. Communication with owner was quick. Elevators were fast. Just have to learn the layout when arriving from the garage. Follow the signs to get to the different elevators. Thanks!

Perfect stay for the week

We loved our stay here ! It was perfect for us . Close to nice restaurants and stuff nearby for kids . Great pool area . They thought of everything between all the start up such as toilet paper , paper towels , dishwasher cleaner , washing detergent , coffee and wagaon full of stuff for the beach . We would definetly stay here again !

AMAZING! This was our 2nd time staying with Dan and Karen. Everything was perfect and they were quick to respond with any questions. The condo was stocked, clean and had everything we needed. The view was gorgeous (we saw manatees, sharks, dolphins and fish-all from our balcony) and we had an awesome week! We can’t wait to stay with them again!
