Perfect location

We always go to the beach area near Pompano Joes when we visit Destin because it’s our favorite and this location was perfect! Walking distance so we don’t have to worry about finding parking. The condo was also clean and came with lots of floats and chairs for the beach. Would stay again!

Beach across the street

This was a nice place to stay. Great for couples or small family. King bed and two bunk beds in the hall. One bath. Plenty of towels, a couple of beach chairs, and umbrellas. Walk across the street to the beach. Traffic along the road was not wonderful, but when inside the unit, it was barely noticeable. We would stay here again.

Nice location. Just a bit pricey for what it was. Under our bed is like a dust party and around night stands. Ice machine not hooked up to water. Dish washer leaked all over floor. TV was not working properly which manager did offer to send someone. We normally stay in much newer and nicer condominiums and pay a better price. Still happy with the week spent there. Very convenient to be near the beach bathrooms and pompano joes. Very central location on the strip. The pool was very nice.

Nice condo in a great spot

We had an easy booking process and overall enjoyed our stay in Miramar Beach. The location is great for the close proximity to the beautiful gulf and the miles of walking path right next door to the condo. The reason for 4 stars and not 5: Although the booking says no pets, there was dog hair visible in the living area. They do not have cable TV but several streaming services that you will need a sign-in for. We brought our fire stick, so we were able to watch what we wanted.

Look elsewhere

Weve stayed all over this complex for years. This is the 1st time with Modern Beach owners and in 101.. The floors were dirty. Dont walk barefoot in the condo. No dresser in bedroom to store clothes. Vent in bathroom did not work Lamps in living room didnt work The ice maker in the fridge is not hooked up. Everything on the deck is rusted and not in condition to hang up wet towels unless you want rust on your towels No cable TV. So if you dont have streaming options, good luck

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy booking and Modern Beach checked in on us via text to make sure everything was great! The location, decoration, comfort, everything was perfect. Our weather was amazing to boot. It is on the first floor so there is a little noise up above, but we rarely heard a peep. Quiet at night as well. Perfect week in paradise!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summer Breeze 101 was a very nice retreat for us! The location is perfect, the pool and hot tub area are very clean with plenty of seating areas. The beach area across the street is beautiful, with chair and umbrella rentals available there as well.Very nice area for walking, or using the bikes that come with the condo. Modern Beach Vacations staff, especially Sarah and Donna are top-notch, answered all our questions with quick responses. We hope we can visit again!
