The screened patio was nice but there was a hole and Sanibel was very buggy this year. Management was responsive and provided cutlery and cookware after our arrival. Downside--no curtains in living room and everyone can see in at night!

And we like building four’s proximity to the gulf and the pool. The unit we stayed in was very well kept. My husband and I enjoy sitting on the screened in lanai in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The staff is always super helpful and very kind.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been to Sanibel Moorings 5 times over the last 40 years, and I appreciate its location and environment the more I age. It doesn't seem that the condos age at all, the last two visits it would appear as if they are brand new. The proximity to the beach is what brings us back, the clear gentle lapping of the waves (unless its stormy) the shells we find as we stroll the beach, the whole picture perfect place to be.Restaurants on the island are great, the sea food is fresh, the employees at any location were friendly.Sanibel has great beaches but there are other things to do, we planned a daily excursion so that we were not out in the sun all day,Monday-Tram ride at the Ding Wildlife ReserveTuesday-a behind the scene at the animal hospital at CROWWednesday-Breakfast Cruise on Tarpon BayThursday- the Bailey Matthews Shell MuseumFriday the Heritage Village Touron Saturday we attended the Gulfshores Ballet.Something for everyone or you can sit in the sand, with your toes on the water, watching the birds. dreaming of how to stay there forever.

The kitchen was stocked, and we loved everything about it. The bed was huge and the beach is mere steps away. Also the other side of the resort faces the canal, and has another unique view. The staff are all so friendly, and the laundry room was so nice.

Awesome property....we had a blast

Only thing is probably not for singles or for party people ..lots of families....quiet at 10 pm....but we still had a blast
