El propietario se enorgullece de este apartamento de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños, relajado y actualizado, a 77 pasos de la playa. Ideal para parejas, familias, snowbirds, reuniones, viajes elegantes, etc. Cocina recientemente renovada, 2 baños renovados, nuevos azulejos, alfombras y tratamientos de ventanas. Nuevos muebles para habitaciones, lámparas, etc. Muy playera TV de 50 pulgadas en la sala de estar, 3 DVD, 2 equipos de música, Internet de alta velocidad. Cama king en el maestro, gemelos en la habitación de invitados. Gran lanai filtrada con vistas a la laguna bellamente ajardinada, piscina y vista parcial del golfo. Golf está a una cuadra de distancia, tenis en el sitio, el restaurante está al lado. Alquiler de bicicletas está en el sitio como son parrillas de barbacoa y shuffle board. Simplemente relájate y disfruta de la playa y la piscina. La unidad es para no fumadores. Perros pequeños aceptables. Garaje privado con sillas de playa y sombrilla de playa. ¡Este pedazo de paraíso tiene muchos extras para que su estancia sea especial! 77 pasos de la playa y solo 30 minutos del aeropuerto RSW. ¡Sanibel hace recuerdos! The 62 unit complex offers bike rental, hi speed internet, direct tv, 2 restaurants next door, large heated pool, beautiful landscaping, and there are over 50 restaurants and 50 shops for your enjoyment. Swimming,shelling, biking and sunning are the way of life at Sanibel Siesta on the beach! Do come back to our slice of paradise……..Only 50 minutes from RSW airport! Thanks for your nice review! So glad you enjoyed your vacation ! News flash! My condo has new living room furniture, new rugs and new bedding! The complex is right on the beach and we have a 50% return rate from our guests! Some of the amenities include temperature controlled pool, private shelling beach, golf a bock away, restaurant next door, tennis and pickleball just down the street, full kitchen, private garage, 3 night minimum, on site staff, etc. Sanibel offers 50 restaurants, over 50 shops for your enjoyment. We are on the 25 mile bike trail and offer bike rental on-site! Best news …we are only 50 minutes from RSW airport! So, do come for a relaxing vacation….Sanibel makes memories!

We had a fantastic time at this lovely Sanibel condo. Annie, the owner was so accommodating. Her place had everything one would need and was a short stroll to the beach. The garage accommodated my F150 with room to spare. Wonderful experience and would certainly return.

What a wonderful trip. The location is amazing and the hostess is so gracious. The hostess had the best communication, from restaurant ideas, and places to visit, and very quick response to any and all questions we had. Highly suggest the keyless entry system. It was very convenient.

Our host was extremely attentive to all communication. The condo was located in a good spot for access to the beautiful pool area and only a few extra steps to the beach. Great location to explore the rest of the Island. Very accommodating space to have local friends and family visitors. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Condo was true to the listing. Pool was great and the condo complex is right on the beach. Anne was a great host, very easy to communicate with and provided restaurant suggestions. Great stay for a family of 4!

After a hiccup with check in, which the host made up for, this was a great stay! The property managers were as nice as could be as well. Love the location and proximity to the beach!

Outstanding experience

My daughters and I found this VRBO to be above and beyond our expectations. The kitchen was fully stocked, the furniture and decor were comfortable and stylish. The beds were comfy and having a garage to keep the car in was an added bonus. We would highly recommend this property to friends and family.

SO glad you enjoyed your stay! I make improvements to 304 every year. THis summer new bedding, this fall new walkin guest bath shower and by Xmas new stainless steel range and refrigerator!!Remember dogs are welcome......SAnibel makes memories!! COme stay in 304 in our slice of paradise!!!
