The Best

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay here and we love it. The location is great (gulf on one side, canal on the other). The grounds are nice and private with the gardens and the units are nice and updated.They don't supply beach towels or little kitchen items like salt/pepper/sugar, etc. This is disappointing for the price you're paying.... Especially since it's nearly impossible to bring beach towels in your luggage.That being said, the maintenance people are all awesome and so nice, as is the gardener.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in many of the units there. This one has some updates. We like it better when all carpeting has been removed. But overall still a great stay. Nice location on the property but absolutely no view of the sea from the condo.

Sanibel Forever Moorings Always!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We watched from the then Gallery, the beautiful modern Moorings being built and from completion on was a new annual get away destination. We were then living in Miami, and a short drive over we now live in Williston, Florida, but never fail to return each year in June. Bill, always takes care of our reservation and checks on us and we feel as if he is family. Sadly I missed saying hello this year for was his day off when I went in to to speak with him. Will go sooner next year and make sure to see my friend. We rented in all 4 Condo's to accomodate our family and each one was a beauty. We did ocean front this year and two of the three bedroom one's to accomodate all our family separately for comfort. My only wish is that each would have a Keurig coffee maker and next year we will all bring our own. Small thing right!! You know women. Perfect in every way. Updated, clean and I love that now as a widow a staff member will set up a chair and umbrella for me if needed. Was not as I had plenty of family to take care of that but I may return with some girlfriends and very nice and much needed for I could not possibly carry a lounge chair down to the water nor an umbrella. Thank you once again for another fab vacation. Sincerely, Dianne Webb

We've stayed in Sanibel a handful of times. This property was quick walk onto beach, clean comfortable would definitely rent here again.

Couldn't have been better

The property was gorgeous, with picturesque nooks all over for lounging outside of your unit. The beach accessibility (and faucets to wash off sand) was perfect. BBQ grills looked new, and cooking in them was a breeze. I was very lucky to find this property!
