Reviewer Comments: Best part is the proximity to the beach and the free umbrellas and chairs.Disappointed with losing my deposit with my initial reservation error. Although it was my mistake, it was an honest mistake and SM did not lose a reservation.

But our vacation was saved due to a lot of hard work from the maintenance staff and the general manager. They brought in temporary AC units and had AC unit replaced before the end of our trip. They truly saved our vacation.

Beautiful view of the gulf from the living room Lanai. Simple furnishings with a tropical feel. The Moorings has the most beautiful property on the island. Great location for walking the beach to the lighthouse. We always have a wonderful time!

Awesome time

We had a great stay at Sanibel Moorings and this property. Great views of the ocean an pool, clean & neat. Staff very friendly and the gardens and flowering plants on the property are beautiful. The gardenias are so fragrant and remind me of mom. We rode bikes two days. The island has great bike/running trails. We will stay again

Fantastic weekend

The condo was perfect for a weekend getaway. We arrived late in the evening and the after hours check in was seen less. We loved the lanai off the main room with beautiful patio furniture for seating for 4. Added bonus was the lanai off the master that overlooked the pool. The condo was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed! We loved being able to rent bikes on site. There were always plenty of chairs and umbrellas available for the beach. Even the pool had plenty of seating with lawn chairs and cushioned furniture. The grounds are beautifully kept and filled with colorful flowers. Overall, was thoroughly impressed by the amenities, staff and the condo!!
