Casa Macu consists of four independent bungalows that can be rented separately, or some combination of them or all at the same time to comfortably accommodate from 1 to 19 people.

It's a spacious place designed for surfers; ideal for families, friends, solo travelers or couples traveling together.

The Space:
All four bungalows have outdoor patios with wooden decks; three feature a plunge pool, while one has a water tank for cooling off, relaxing or enjoying an ice bath session.

With the double heights and high ceilings, you'll experience a sense of spaciousness and elegance from the moment you enter.

Natural light enhances the cozy and vibrant atmosphere.

The kitchen, stocked with quality cookware and state-of-the-art appliances, is perfect for cooking enthusiasts.

Each bedroom has an incredibly comfortable king bed, and the master bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, are true sanctuaries of tranquility.

Guest Access:
Casa Macu is located in the prime area of the stunning La Saladita beach, just a two-minute walk from the surf break.

The kitchen has the essentials for cooking (olive oil, salt, pepper, spices, sugar, coffee).

To ensure the proper functioning of the water treatment plant, at Casa Macu we provide guests with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and dish soap.

All bungalows have access to a surfboards rack, bathroom and outside showers.

The Neighborhood:
La Saladita offers one of the best surf spots in the world; its waves are consistent throughout the year. It is an exceptional place for both beginners and advanced surfers, since in the surroundings there are a great variety of waves for all levels.

c) Oli (on one side of the access to the fishermen's boats)
d) Ilianet (towards the houses furthest from the surf point)

g) Marea (A place in front of the surf point to eat and drink (there are pizzas).

... My favorite place to eat is in Troncones (15-20 min drive from Saladita) called Lo Sereno (IG losereno_casadeplaya)

Getting Around:
La Saladita is a walkable community. Restaurants and the surf spot are close to Casa Macu and it is not necessary to rent a car.

If you want to buy things to eat you can stop at the supermarket in Zihuatanejo (Mega Soriana, near the airport) or once you are in the area, buy basic things in the stores of the nearest town (Los Llanos).

If your level of surfing is intermediate or advanced, renting a car will allow you to visit other nearby surf spots.

For taxi service, ask for the contact number. Casa Macu has a preferential rate for transfers from the airport to La Saladita, as well as a car rental company that offers a very good service.

Other Things to Note:
Caring for the environment is very important to us, which is why Casa Macu has equipment for power generation and solar water heating, a water treatment plant, and a waste separation process.

Bookings canceled at least 60 days before check-in will receive 93% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 43% refund.
(For Vrbo and Direct bookings there's a non-refundable 7% transaction fee charged by the platform)

b) We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID, as well as pay a refundable deposit or a non-refundable waiver that covers you for accidental damage through Know Your Guest (Truvi).

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will receive pre-arrival check-in instructions, as well as property access codes. During the reservation we will be aware of the messages to address the concerns of the guests.

The cleaning and maintenance staff visits the property 3 times a week. This allows us to keep the house in good condition, provide maintenance and ensure that the experience of the guests is of quality.
