From the owner: "Hi Michelle, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the home clean and enjoyed the neighborhood. While our listing does not advertise a heated pool, we’re sorry if that led to any disappointment during your stay. Many guests, including those with children, have enjoyed the pool, but we understand that water temperature preferences can vary. Cape Coral offers plenty of family-friendly activities, including nearby beaches and attractions just a short drive away. We hope you were still able to make the most of your time in the area."

Hi Jacob, The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following: - Thank you for choosing to stay in our Cape Coral, Florida home and leaving a review, as guest feedback is vitally important to us and the success of our vacation rental business. - We are genuinely disheartened to learn about the challenges you faced during your stay. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests is of utmost importance to us, as evidenced by the consistent 5-star reviews we receive. - After your departure, our property manager informed us that a pet, which was not declared and incurred an additional fee, was present in the house. This led to the cleanliness problems you described, including the stains and excessive fur/hair. - To address your concerns, we have made significant improvements by investing in brand-new sheets and bedding to guarantee a fresh and inviting experience for our future guests. Our property team has also been diligently engaged to tackle the issues mentioned in your review. - We understand that the construction noise in the area is beyond our control due to the aftermath of a significant hurricane. We apologize for the inconvenience you faced during your stay and regret that it did not meet your expectations. We hope that you can find accommodations that better suit your needs in the future. Thank you for your feedback.
