Welcome to Sandy Toes at 452 Tarpon Blvd—a coastal retreat where time-worn charm meets comfort. With sun-filled interiors, warm wood accents, and sweeping ocean views, this spacious beach house is designed for making memories with family and friends.

Kick back in the living/game room, where a pool table, and hardwood floors set the stage for fun. Oversized windows flood the space with light and open to a sunroom-style area that looks directly out to the ocean—a perfect spot to relax and take in the view.

The main living area is airy and inviting, with soaring vaulted ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and a lofted design that carries a touch of time-worn charm. A cozy sectional brings everyone together, while the seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and loft makes it easy to stay connected. Rustic beams and railings add an authentic character that feels both welcoming and unique.

Cook, gather, and feast in the open kitchen and dining space. With bar seating, a large dining table, and pendant lighting, it’s ideal for family meals or celebratory dinners. The warm wood details and high ceilings showcase the home’s charming, time-worn character, while a spacious layout adds convenience.

The home features five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, plus a loft for extra sleeping space. On the right wing, the main-level primary suite offers ocean views, a queen bed, and a spa-like ensuite with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity, while the second bedroom features a queen bed with an ensuite walk-in shower. On the left wing, the oceanfront bedroom includes two queen beds, an ensuite with a shower/tub combo, and access to the laundry room, while the front bedroom offers double beds and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the second primary suite showcases a king bed, expansive windows, an ensuite with double vanity and walk-in shower, and two private balconies—one overlooking the living area and another leading to a spacious deck with panoramic ocean views. For added flexibility, a cozy loft area provides two twin beds, making it ideal for younger guests or extra accommodation.

Your Beach Escape with its spacious layout, ocean-facing windows, and blend of amenities with time-worn charm, Sandy Toes is the perfect place for group getaways. Whether you’re sharing family meals, playing a round of pool, or watching the waves from the balcony, this home offers the ideal mix of relaxation, connection, and character—all just steps from the beach.

This home is packed with fantastic amenities, including a pool table, a new couch in the living room, an ocean-view sitting area, and a spacious deck with updated patio furniture—ideal for sunbathing, savoring your morning coffee, or enjoying an evening drink while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean. A convenient outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off the sand before heading inside.

Additional features include WiFi, six TVs, and a gas grill. The photos speak for themselves—this home is a must-see!

A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.

Guest Cards Included:
Also included in your rental are up to 18 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

Great Location

The property location and amenities were fabulous. It was great to be able to enjoy the beach and run up for lunch. Having coffee while watching the sunrise and cocktails after dinner listening to the ocean was amazing. The house comfortably fit our family and friend's family. Property management quickly responded to any questions. However, the house is in need of some serious updating. For the cost of the rental, I expected better house conditions. For example, one of the bathroom tile floors was completely cracked. I was worried about my daughter cutting her foot on the tiles. The handle on the back door was broken. Not all the lights in the house worked. Again, prime location if you want beach front. But don't expect any luxuries!

The house had the perfect layout for our family, a group of adults, teens and kids. The great room layout with kitchen, dining, living and game room was fantastic. The kids especially liked having a pool table. I have to say that the house is in need of maintenance. The ice maker did not work, some electrical outlets did not work, shower enclosures need to be replaced and the kitchen needs serious attention and reorganization. With a little work this house would be totally awesome! That said, we loved Fripp Island, the proximity to the water's edge and the deer. I would also like to give kudos to the staff who were always responsive to our questions and needs before and during our visit.
