Peaceful Desert Home, close to State Farm Stadium

Near Desert Diamond Arena (formally Gila River Arena), Cardinals Football Stadium, Coyote Hokey Stadium, Four different Spring Training Stadiums, National Pickleball Tournament Host, Lawn Bowling Tournaments, Shopping and Hiking the White Tank Mountains. Great place to unwind after checking out what Greater Phoenix Area has to offer. Pool is cool too.
The space
Upon walking in you will find the kitchen and dining area to your right and the two smaller bedrooms as well as a bathroom to the left. Master bedroom is diagonally opposite side of the two smaller bedrooms, this is a split floor plan home. Each room has a queen size bed. Master bedroom has a private bathroom as well as a large NON JACUZZI TUB, but great for unwinding and relaxing. The walk-in closet is NOT ACCESSIBLE and being utilized as storage for house needs. From the front door straight ahead and slightly to the right is the living room. Straight ahead and to the left is the backdoor to a small fenced in patio with a propane BBQ grill and seating for four. Beyond the fence is a pool, the pool is NOT HEATED but hopefully it will be in the future. In the backyard to the East is a pool shed with pool pump equipment. Due to energy cost the pool pump works during the night to avoid a surcharge on electricity bill. Pool is maintained on the weekends so there maybe a pool cleaner stopping by but usually the process is quick, special arrangements can be made. There are four TVs in the house all have ability to be signed into NETFLIX, Hulu, Prime, YouTube etc and all have local channels as well as a live security camera feed to dedicated HDMI channel. Laundry on site that you are welcome to use but may need to provide your own laundry detergent. We are continuously evolving our hosting experience and really appreciate the feedback from our guests. Guest access
Before arrival you will be provided with 2 codes, one for the lockbox and the other for the RING Alarm System. Upon arrival you will find a lockbox containing the house key, lockbox code will give you access to the house key. You will use the second code for the RING Alarm System. I will send these codes to you the day of your arrival. Codes will only be valid for the duration of your stay. It will be enabled the day of your arrival & disabled at the end of your stay.

Use the lockbox key to open the front door, upon entry disable the RING Alarm System. To do this first type in the provided code for the RING Alarm System and pressing the disarm button. You will see a green light indicating you successfully entered code, if light flashes retry code again. To arm the RING Alarm System close all doors and windows, simply enter the code and press the away button, you will have 60 seconds to exit and lock up the house.

When your stay is over- please arm the RING Alarm System and place the house key back into the lockbox, enter lockbox code and lock the keys inside the lockbox.

CHECK-IN POLICY & HOUSE RULES:

This is an agreement between Host & Guests regarding the Check-in policy & House rules.

-Check in time is 6 PM (unless otherwise agreed upon)
-Check out time is 11 AM

NO PETS ALLOWED- if your animal is a service animal, please be prepared to answer a few questions about what service your animal provides and training

NO SMOKING- of any kind, this includes cigarettes, marijuana, vaping etc. You will be asked to leave should there be a violation of this House Rule.

SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK- there is no lifeguard on duty, by reading the house rules and staying at this you assume all risks and liability.

NO GLASS near pool area

No PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED- only registered guests are allowed on the property, if you break this house rule you will be asked to leave and will forefeit your payment

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests

We do have security cameras around the outside perimeter of the house as well as an entry camera, so we will be made aware of how many guests are staying
