This is a fabulous home and great location. The home was clean, well equipped, comfortable but beautiful and the kitchen had all we needed. The putting green, ping pong table were fun and it was great to have such a large garage that fit our Tahoe. It is down the street from a park and pickleball courts. The host was super responsive and easy to work with!

The house exceeded expectations. It is large and spacious. It was very clean when we arrived and it was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, make coffee, etc. The grill appeared brand new (although the host told me he takes pride in thoroughly cleaning it between guests). The hot tub was great. The neighborhood was great; all of the neighbors did a great job of maintaining their properties. My wife and I did a nightly walk around the neighborhood each night and we couldn’t stop talking about how much we like the neighborhood. The owner was very response whenever we had a question. He even came over to clean the hot tub after we’d been there for several weeks. We definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend time in the Phoenix area.

Great place to stay!

House was in a great area right down the street from a park. Home was clean and well stocked with commonly needed items. Host was great, easy to check in and out. Will definitely stay again if in that area.

This place has been the best stay yet! It was so comfortable and met all of our needs. There is alot of attention to detail - we even had a Christmas wreath on the door and a small lit tree on the counter. The TV was perfect for watching hockey and college football. The kitchen was well stocked with quality dishes. I actually did alot of real cooking and it met my needs. The large table was perfect for meals and game playing. There is plenty of comfortable furniture for everyone to spread out. The beds were also very nice quality. We were able to play ping pong in the garage area and golf in the backyard. The hot tub with the covered patio with lights/tv was also fantastic. We were able to walk down to the park which was nice to spend time with the grandchildren that live in the area. They provided travel mugs to take coffee with us. The host very responsive when we had some initial questions. You know its a great place when you feel like you could move in and have everything you need. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and really close to the local Aldi to grocery shop. I just wish we were able to stay longer.
