Windward Pointe is a premier gulf-front development in the heart of Orange Beach, AL! Unit 804 is well-appointed, consisting of 1260 SF & 3 BR/2 BA. Features: comfortable furniture, magnificent views, large balcony, Wi-Fi, washer/ dryer, & a well-equipped kitchen. King bed in the master bedroom, king bed in the BR #2, two full beds in BR #3, & a sleeper-sofa in the living area.



The Space:

Furnished for comfort in the 1,260 sq. ft. condo is tastefully decorated to provide all the comforts of home in a relaxed, beachside tropical setting. The inviting living area features a sofa, loveseat, and three accent chairs, along with a large flat-screen TV and direct access to the private balcony—perfect for gathering after a day at the beach.

The well-equipped island kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for preparing meals or snacks with ease.

Unit 804 is located on the 8th floor, overlooking both the pool and the Gulf. From the spacious, furnished balcony, you can watch the kids enjoy the pool or take in spectacular views of the beach and emerald waters. Balcony furnishings include a small table, two chairs, a bench seat, and a lounger—ideal for morning coffee or sunset relaxation.

Driving is the easiest and most flexible way to explore Orange Beach.

Windward Pointe is located directly on Perdido Beach Boulevard, the main east–west coastal road

Most restaurants, shops, marinas, and attractions are within 5–15 minutes

Grocery stores and convenience shops are nearby

Parking is widely available at attractions and dining spots

Tip: During peak season (spring break, summer, holidays), traffic is heaviest from 10am–6pm. Early mornings and evenings are the easiest times to travel.



🚲 Biking

Biking is a pleasant option for short distances.

Many roads have wide shoulders suitable for biking

Best for early morning or late afternoon rides

Ideal for casual trips to nearby shops or coffee spots

Note: Helmets are recommended, and biking is not ideal for long distances during midday heat.

Parking is not included with the rental. The current parking fee is $50 per vehicle per stay (subject to change per HOA), with a maximum of two vehicles allowed on site. If you have a third vehicle, off-site parking is available at our office located directly across from the complex for $50 per stay.



🏖️ Beach Items

Beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach gear are not provided. Seasonal beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through a third-party beach service for daily or weekly rental, or you are welcome to bring your own. For convenience, a Dollar General is located across the street and carries a great selection of beach essentials.



🧼 Starter Supplies Provided

The condo includes a starter supply of the following items:

One roll of toilet paper per bathroom

One bar of soap and small shampoo/conditioner per bathroom

One roll of paper towels

Dish rag

Laundry detergent for one load

One dishwasher detergent

One trash bag per trash can

These items are not replenished during your stay. Guests staying longer than 2–3 days should plan to purchase additional supplies.

To ensure a comfortable stay, we suggest bringing:

Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hair dryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and any personal items you prefer.



❄️ Refrigerator Tip

Your check-in day is often a same-day turnover. The refrigerator may need time to fully cool and may not handle large amounts of warm food immediately. Please leave non-perishable items on the counter or in coolers and avoid overfilling. The refrigerator may take up to 12 hours to reach optimal temperature.



🌬️ Air Conditioning Guidelines

On very hot days (90°+), the A/C system may not cool more than 20 degrees below the outside temperature. Please do not set the thermostat excessively low, as this may cause the unit to freeze and shut down. For best performance:

Use ceiling fans

Close blinds during peak sun hours

Keep doors and windows closed

Do not run the A/C with the balcony door open

Orange Beach Getaway

The condo was perfect for 4 adults and 5 children! Very comfortable and convenient for the beach. The staff at Bella Properties were absolutely awesome and quick to the property when we had a concern!! Will most definitely be coming back and booking through Bella Beach!!!

Great location

Overall it was great. The beds were very comfortable and the beach is perfect. There were some cleanliness issues when we first arrived, but nothing major. The place could use a little TLC but this didn't impede our vacation one iota. We would stay here again.

April stay

Beautiful ocean view and the pools were nice. Additional fee to park at condo above paying to rent. Some things should be updated and relooked at. The furnace filter needs to be replaced, light bulbs need to be put in lamps, could use some extra cleaning. Overall the beds and couches were comfortable.

The co do was in horrible condition. Mold on walls in bathroom, holes above shower, toilet paper holder broken off, bed were in bad condition made so much noise. Kitchen counters were broken with large cracks, toater and dishwasher broken. I could go on but it was really bad. I took pictures i will attach. Also ceiling fans had soo much dust you were afraid to turn them on.

We’re very sorry that your 2-night stay in our lovely condo didn’t meet your expectations. We’ve shared your comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure each area of concern receives the attention it deserves. While the crack in the granite doesn’t affect the size of the counterspace or limit functionality, we apologize if it caused any inconvenience. Deep cleaning is done twice per year. This is when we clean the top of the ceiling fan blades, pull appliances from the wall to clean behind them, steam clean the grout in the tile, and do all of the things that simply can’t be done during a normal clean due to time constraints. It has been scheduled as at the end of a busy rental season it is certainly time. We were unaware about any issue with the dishwasher, tp holder and toaster but have since fixed the dishwasher and replaced the tp holder and toaster. We are very responsive when notified of an issue. Next time, please let management know of any issues during the stay so it can be resolved in a timely manner and doesn’t negatively affect the stay. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. Since your visit, our team has completed a thorough inspection of the unit, and we’ve scheduled a deep cleaning and maintenance review to address the concerns you mentioned.
