Pelican Pointe # 606 es una opción fantástica para su próxima escapada a Orange Beach. Como unidad final en el complejo Pelican Pointe, podrá disfrutar de un gran balcón envolvente. Ventanas de piso a techo y puertas corredizas de vidrio llenan el condominio con luz natural y lo invitan a entrar al balcón para disfrutar del paisaje. Se puede acceder fácilmente al balcón desde varias habitaciones, incluido el dormitorio principal y la sala de estar.

Dried feces on toilet lid, behind the headboard in one of the rooms was a muffin wrapper and behind that bed was a massive amount of dust.

The property was comfortable and conveniently located near the arcade and shopping centers. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and storage space. When we arrived the washing machine did have an old water smell that took several cycles to clear out. The only true complaint would be that the internet service is for the entire property, so having a service fast enough to watch movies, or just be a secure source is not avaliable, even though there is a unit specific router, it is not the source the unit allows.

Overall it was a great experience! Very clean and well maintained. The balcony was my favorite. We had issues with the air not going below 75 but we left the doors open and the breeze was perfect!

Peaceful, Clean, and Comfortable

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! Everything was excellent—from the cleanliness and comfort of the space to the thoughtful amenities and peaceful location. The home was exactly as described (if not better), and it made for a perfect getaway. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and check-in was a breeze. We felt right at home and truly appreciated all the little touches that made the stay extra special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience!

Family Spring Break

Our multi-generation stayed in this unit in Orange Beach. The unit was a great set up for this. We had the ocean, a pool and nearby local activities. My favorite was our balcony. A wonderful way of starting my day.

Great Spring break

The Cindo was perfect for us. It is in a great location. Beautiful beach front and very clean. This condo is well taken care of by the management company. It has a wraparound balcony and sliding glass door. Great for a large family or two families to stay in. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic Location!

We had such a wonderful time! This condo is in a fantastic location and was very clean and spacious. We absolutely loved the view—the balcony is THE best part! The rental agency allowed us to check in a few hours early and were very prompt to reply to any messages. We never could get the tv to work—the agency said there was technical difficulties with the cable, or something? Nevertheless, we spent the whole time there and never missed watching the tv. Our kids had iPads, so the few times they actually wanted to watch something, we just used those. The kitchen was well stocked (utensil wise), but be prepared to bring or buy EVERYTHING (coffee filters, salt/pepper, pam, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags). I understand the sanitary reasoning behind throwing all that away after each guest, but it seems so wasteful—I find it nice to arrive at a rental to find that the previous guests were kind enough to leave me a few necessities. The indoor pool came in clutch every afternoon when it was too hot to be in the sun! We would 100% stay here again!

Great condo Perfect location

This condo was exactly as advertised We had plenty of space for 7 of us, it was clean comfortable and well stocked. The elevators were fast and the Pelican Pointe building did not feel crazy busy. The location was perfect and we will be returning! The balcony was really large and our family’s favorite spot!

Beautiful Orange Beach

My daughter & I loved the condo. It was exactly like shown on Vrbo. Had the front TV go out & was replaced immediately. Actually look forward to staying here again. Management team was very prompt addressing any issues.

There were problems with the sink ,toilet and tub in the front bathroom that had to be resolved. Washer had to be repaired. Black mold in master shower. Outdoor furniture very dirty. The indoor pool area was not as pictured it’s a mess and I slipped on the broken floor pieces. I have pictures I can send. You were very helpful resolving issues in the condo that the cleaning service should have told you about prior to our arrival. The condo is beautifully decorated and furnished. The location is beautiful as well.

Wouldn't stay in this condo again

No communication with property owner. It was absolutely terrible. They didn't leave the parking pass for me, my vehicle was threatened to be towed on several occasions. I paid for two passes and when arrived was told only one car allowed. The ad was advertised as two cars and had the worst time to get the return on the second parking pass payment. We had to park our second car in gulf shores at a park at your own risk. The condo management couldnt even get in contact with the property owners so we could make this right. Thank goodness I held on to my receipt on vrbo to show proof of payment. I have never stayed at a condo with such poor communication. The condo setup was nice and security guards were superb. ( We had to deal with them several times over the tow notes and parking pass situation) We did finally receive our pass two days before we left. The bunk beds were very weak and the kids were afraid to sleep on them and slept on the couch and floor. There was even a sign about weight advisories by the bed as if the owners were aware of the shape of the bed and were making it an at your own risk deal. The king size bed was awful. Had a dip in it, the couch slept better than the bed. The dishwasher leaked all over the floor. However location was great and we loved having the corner balcony. All in all we would never consider booking this condo again.

Family vacation

I wish the A/C was working. We left to go fishing for 7 hours, A/C set on 70 degrees when we came back it was 75 degrees and it never cooled off. Had to open the doors, with the humidity it just wasn’t comfortable in the unit

Beautiful, clean condo on the beach

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The kids had their own bedrooms and we enjoyed making meals together in the wonderful kitchen. The views from the balcony were beautiful! The condo was extremely clean and well stocked too. I was highly impressed with the support from the rental company. We will come back!

Great corner unit.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Unit was perfect for out family. One of the best equipped kitchens we have stayed at. The only problem was the couch was very uncomfortable.

Family and friends trip

Our family of 5 with our friends family of 3 throughly enjoyed our stay!! Great location with a beautiful view of the ocean from the back and then then city from the side balcony!! Plenty of room for all 8 of us, a short walk to the beach!
