Edgewater is a low-density, gulf-front condominium located in the heart of Gulf Shores, AL only 1 mile west of Highway 59 (and The Hangout) near shopping, dining, and entertainment. Located on the 8th floor, unit 82 is a spacious, well-appointed, 950 square footage, 2 BR/ 2 BA condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! The balcony is enclosed, acting like a sunroom, with retractable floor-to-ceiling glass doors which provide for yearlong enjoyment of the beach and gulf.

Edgewater 82 is located directly beach front and offers magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico. Centrally located in Gulf Shores the condo is only minutes away from the islands best dining shopping and local attractions. This 8th floor 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo will be perfect for making beachside memories.
A unique feature to each unit at The Edgewater are the sunrooms in place of balconies which are perfect for catching the beautiful sunrise with your morning coffee no matter the temperature or weather conditions! Enjoy this one of a kind gulf front sun room accessed off both the living room and master bedroom and overlooking the Gulf and outdoor pool. Sliding glass doors on balcony make for wonderful sunroom in the winter & can be opened to the warm gulf breeze during warm months.
Feel right at home in the primary bedroom's king size bed. In the second bedroom you will find a queen size bed. The kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs with all things needed including - microwave, dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. The dining seats 4 at the table and 2 at the bar. The laundry room has a ready to use full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Come to Edgewater 82 for a vacation that you will never forget.
Guest Access:
Edgewater is in a prime location to experience all Gulf Shores has to offer when it comes to dining, shopping and recreation! This property is not only beach front with quick and easy access to the beautiful white sandy beaches, but it also has a great outdoor pool. There is a BBQ grill for your use and an elevator for ease of access.
***Please note that there is NO chair rental service for Edgewater***

🅿️Your reservation comes with one parking pass. A second may be purchased for $75. The price is set by the HOA, not us.
🚫NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
🔞AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
ℹ️At check-in, guests must pick up parking pass from our office which is 6.5 miles from the complex. Plan accordingly.
