Private Pool/Hot Tub Galveston Guest Villa

Welcome to our private villa including your own private pool and hot tub. . The property is located between Galveston and the Kemah Boardwalk. The property is a gated 1.5 acres and is located in a safe and quiet area.

Our property is located 2 blocks from the ocean. There is a beautiful seaside park, which includes a playground, fishing pier, pavilion, and boat launches.
Owners occupy downstairs. Guests have total privacy upstairs.
When you drive onto the property, you will feel at home. The house is gated (you will get a private gate opener for your stay) and located on 1.5 acres with lush landscaping and ample parking.

The backyard is beautifully decorated with lush landscapes and a large waterfall into the pool. This will be your private oasis and not accessed by owners during your stay. The large pool and hot tub are inground (pool able to be heated on request). The pool area includes a gas grill, covered cabanas, ample seating/ lounge chairs, an outdoor fridge, an outdoor sink and counter for food prep including pots/pans, a fire pit, and a karaoke machine, and a volleyball net available for the pool. Plenty of space to make memories that will last a lifetime!

All bedrooms are located up your private stairs on the second floor.

Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed and smart TV.

Bedroom 2 includes 2 queen beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom 3 includes a queen bed, pull out couch, and smart TV

The villa is connected to our residence, we live downstairs, but you have a private entrance and the villa will be private and locked/ separate from the residence.
Guest access
Guests will be provided a key code to utilize for their private entrance. Guest will also have access to a private pool area.

Pet-friendly; we charge $50 per pet/ per stay

We also have a large smoker available to rent for additional fee.

We have a large 750 sq. ft. party room available to rent for an additional fee. The large party room is adjacent to the pool, hardwood floors, wet bar, fireplace, leather sectional, recliner, and a large flat-screen TV. This is the perfect space for birthday parties, baby showers, holiday parties, or any other special occasion! Please inquire for additional rental information or any additional questions.
