OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
We recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle (and chains) when visiting during winter due to the unpredictable nature of the season. Our home is located in a well-maintained area with a contracted snowplow company however, refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather. Please purchase travel insurance to avoid disappointment.

SEPTIC SYSTEM: PLEASE NOTE - We are on a septic system and not city sewer. This requires that absolutely nothing but the toilet paper we provide is flushed down the toilet. Please make sure each and every guest understands this.

VEHICHLES AND EXTRA GUESTS - No more than eight cars are allowed at any given time and no unauthorized guests who are not part of the documented reservations are allowed without prior approval. Anything more than this is considered a special event and we will have to charge an event fee. This is non-negotiable and we will cancel the reservation with no refunds should this be discovered to take place.
