Looking for a 1 Bedroom condo that is only a 2–3-minute walk to the beach, shopping, and endless dining amenities? If so, this is it! An easy in-and-out ground floor condo, situated in the favored Los Corales neighborhood of Grunwald I.
Guests have quick access to a private beach section, on the Los Corales beach sandwiched between beach restaurants, providing palapa umbrellas and lounge chairs specific for Grunwald owners and guests.
The Grunwald I community provides a leisurely outdoor lounging area. A cute, gated community consisting of only 13 condos. Beautifully landscaped with a variety of tropical plants, a nice swimming pool, a palapa (shaded) lounge area with new pool loungers, and private parking, with onsite security.
This spacious 1 Bedroom condo has a great open floorplan.
A sizable bathroom and a laundry-storage area with washing machine.
JUST A SHORT WALK TO SO MUCH within our fun, safe, expat neighborhood of El Cortecito. In addition to over 45 dining options, there is a variety of other commercial amenities a walk away… like a grocery store, Doctors, Dentist, pharmacies, cash exchange/ ATM's, gyms, spas, salons, fruit stands, bakeries, recreational areas (tennis, basketball), a dive shop, and so much more! All within our fun, safe and famous HGTV BEACH-TOWN!
A SHORT DRIVE TO SO MUCH MORE! The Cocotal Championship golf course is just a short 6-minute drive away, as well as the new KATMANDU – a Theme park by Disney now open.
DOWNTOWN PUNTA CANA (actually in Bavaro) - Only a 12-minute drive to the modern and expanded Downtown Punta Cana area, where you’ll find the San Juan and Jumbo Mall areas, with large supermarkets and an array of other brand name stores and shops. Downtown Punta Cana additionally offers the expanded IKEA, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Burger King, Hard Rock Café, Dinner in the Sky, Coco Bongo Night Club, plus a large Fitness Center (gym), a newer wake-board activity center, with several more restaurants and shopping amenities.
