Nuestro condominio está perfectamente ubicado con fácil acceso en la planta baja al tiempo que ofrece impresionantes vistas de la playa a través de las piscinas y jardines. El patio privado es un lugar perfecto para sentarse y relajarse con su café matutino o un cóctel nocturno.

We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the condo…it had everything we needed and was close to lots of great restaurants with a grocery store right across the street. Liz was amazing and super responsive if we had questions or needed anything. The condo is only a few feet away from the pool that was very peaceful and quiet. The patio is also a great place to relax with a good book and a drink. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the beach.

Playa Turquesa stay

It was a great stay had everything included. No cable in bedroom and 2nd shower was not working. Pool outside room was great along with beach down the walkway. Not a very spacious unit. I give it a 7 out of 10

Loved it!

We had such a nice stay and will definitely come back. The host and property manager were very communicative and were quick to respond with any questions we had. Property was exactly as pictured and had such a beautiful view from the patio at night.

Great stay!

Hosts and prop managers were outstanding and very responsive. Complex is safe, beautiful, and right on the beach. Neighborhood has some good (if a bit overpriced) restaurants and a mini market within walking distance, but infrastructure outside the complex is lacking (street full of holes turned into mud puddles after rains). We'd come back, though.

Very Pleasant Stay

We had a nice and extremely relaxing stay in Playa Turquesa. Marianna's condo was comfortable, clean, and in a fantastic spot just steps away from the wonderful pool and quick access to town and the beach. Property manager Liz was exceptional in seeing to our settling in and checking out and was a font of knowledge about anything we asked. Highly recommend anyone wishing to visit Punta Cana that they consider staying here.

Playa Turquesa Trip

My kids (15 and 8) and I were looking for a week to enjoy the sun on white beaches in turquoise waters. And we got exactly that. The apartment was perfect for the three of us, exactly as described with a functional kitchen, but also in a location with many restaurants. The restaurant at the beach was our favorite and Liz the property manager put us in touch with Caren who helped us book an amazing snorkeling trip to Isla Catalina. The apartment allowed us to feel comfortable and enjoy even the days it rained, sitting on the veranda, playing games or reading a book. Marianna is a wonderful host and we appreciate our stay in her apartment.

First Timers

The property was just as listed. Everything was clean and organized. Loved the location and the property. guarded gate and guards by the beach made us fell secure! Lots of places to eat nearby, location by the pool was very convenient. We did not cook at all, but purchased lunch and breakfast items at the "Jumbo" supermarket. The Beach club is very nice, we bought lunch there, (tacos) and had some drinks there as well.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. We liked that all of our necessities were in walking distance. The pools were beautiful and well- maintained. The property was immaculately landscaped. The beach attendants helped us get situated everyday. The accommodation was perfect!

Awesome location

Close to everything. Shops, market and entertainment. The beach is very nice. The staff that works there respectful and kind. And Liz the property manager was always available if i had any questions. Marianna was an excellemt host.

Great Punta Cana getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Playa Turquesa. First time I tried vrbo as opposed to a resort and we were not disappointed. The property was great. We had the cleanest beach front compared with any of the other properties or resorts. The restaurants were all great. We will definitely be back again.

Great location in Punta Cana

We really enjoyed our stay at Marianna's property. The grounds and beach were great. We enjoyed the condo and the modren convinces. We really liked the two full baths for getting ready. The guide book with restaurant suggestions was very helpful. Liz the property nanager was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

Relaxation at its Finest!

Property was as advertised. Marianna was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. We loved the quietness of the Ocean club. The beach access was beautiful and the staff in the area were great and helpful! As in other reviews there was some noise across the street. We just kept the bathroom door closed at night and it was never a problem. The outside covered patio was wonderful for a rainy afternoon of reading. So many restaurants within steps made getting out easy. We would definitely stay again.

Spent the summer in Dominican Republic

I wanted to take the whole summer off and go somewhere hot because of the appalling weather we have in the UK. I certainly picked the right place. Guaranteed sunshine every day with a few thunderstorms but that is to be expected in a tropical country. I ate healthy and swam every day so managed to lose a stone! It’s very reasonable to stay here as it’s low season and it’s mostly Spanish speaking. The condo had everything I needed and and the location was great. A bit noisy at night but everything calmed down around 11pm. The pool was just outside my terrace and I usually had it to myself. So brush up on your Spanish, bring lots of mosquito repellent and sunscreen and enjoy 😊

Return Visit - 10 Years Later

This was my second time staying in this unit - first time was 10 yrs ago. The unit was perfect - everything I needed!! I also took a pretty nice night-time picture from the patio (I rarely take pictures). The location is great with a pool right off the patio and the beach just a short walk. My how the area has changed - so many restaurants and grocery stores and so many things within walking distance. Marianna was fantastic. She provided so much information and responded to my every question immediately! Liz, the Property Manager couldn't have been more helpful. She was definitely readily available. All in all, I would definitely go back!! The area is extremely safe and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Best Beach Vacation Ever!

This was truly a wonderful property. We spent 15 nights in paradise. The Condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and feel at home. We loved the outdoor patio with comfy seating, a table and chairs for dining, and a grill. The pool was literally steps away and the beach was a short 2 minute walk away. We rented a car and really didn't need to. We had access to restaurants, bars, groceries, money exchange and Casino which were all nearby within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking about traveling to Punta Cana. You won't be disappointed!

Good for 30th Anniversary

Liked the private patio and close proximity to the beach. Lots of restaurants near by. Did have to pay for electricity but was only 20 us ( we did not use the AC, nice breeze)

Felt like home

Marianna provided a very quaint and comfortable space for myself and my children to call home during our visit to Punta Cana. Galya, her property manager was sweet and fun and helpful. Everything we needed was available to us and we were provided a clean space. The children loved it. We hope to return again soon and will definitely look to stay in one of Marianna’s properties. Great deal!

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Nice private patio right outside back door. It was steps away from the pool which was great as I am a swimmer. It was a quick and easy 5 minute walk through the complex to a lovely beach which was also great for swimming. You could walk for miles along the beach which we loved. There were always chairs available as well as a great little place (TOC) for a quick lunch. Our only small complaint was the Late night noise (on the weekend mainly) coming from the casino across the street. We just closed the front windows and put the air conditioner on and it was ok. Most of the time we didn’t even need air conditioning as screens were on all the windows, there was a nice breeze and it was wonderful hearing the ocean. The absolute best thing about this rental was the people! Michael and Galya were terrific in every way- going out of their way to assure we had everything we needed. Everyone else including the guards, office people and others were friendly and helpful. We definitely felt safe and cared for! If you go, be sure to get to Gladys’s for breakfast and some true local flavor. We had the best mofongo we have ever had 👍. There were lots of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. I loved the combination of quiet and bustling. We hope to return next year. The price, the location and the amenities made for a great vacation.
